Women in Wedding Dubai

Matrimoni d'Elite

The Arab people choose only female staff for the realization of the photo shoot of the bride. The Arab woman is often accompanied by her family that, for cultural reasons, is taken to have decision-making power over the desires of her daughter, sometimes taking into account their preferences . During a photo shoot usually the brides feel the need to be photographed, although they are not used to being in front of the lens, but usually hiding behind the abaya , the veil that hides their face and their forms. Precisely for this reason they feel the need to show up, at least for a day. In any case, we believe it is normal for them to live with this kind of dissimulation, in spite of us Italian women could remain basite to face such masking habit. Us, used to make our own decisions , to dress how we want , to behave freely without having imposed boundaries of demarcation. In a city like Dubai , a place that until fifty years ago did not exist and was a desert wasteland to know tiring with palm trees and sporadic dwellings grouped in some quiet village ,this is already a quick and immense milestone, achieved in a few years edification. The Arab culture, in particular the female people, may feel the discrepancies in any part of the world that is prepared in itself to change, to new , beautiful things and interests of women. Imagine the loud screech of a culture that lives in close daily contact with the explosion of emancipation which is characteristic of a place like Dubai. The Arab woman is seduced by this discrepancy and manifests a kind of rebellion in the way she dresses , colorful and sensual sweltering under a black veil . And on the day of the wedding she needs to free herself from the darkness of dark cotton and wear once in a lifetime a really feminine dress.

ROLLS-ROYCE PHANTOM DROPHEAD COUPé WATERSPEED The power of bespoke design starring on Lake Como

UHNW | MOTORS

ROLLS-ROYCE PHANTOM DROPHEAD COUPé WATERSPEED COLLECTION The Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé Waterspeed Collection will head to the world-renowned Concorso D’Elegenza at Villa D’Este on the shores of one of Italy’s world-famous lakes, Como, where it will be unveiled to the public for the first time. Waterspeed Collection Phantom Drophead Coupés feature a number of exclusively created Bespoke design and engineering features, perfectly executed to create a thoroughly contemporary tribute to Campbell’s famous craft. “This very special motor car serves to pay a perfect homage to my grandfather’s remarkable acts of British daring and endeavour,” said Donald Wales, grandson of Sir Malcolm Campbell. “The extraordinary attention-to-detail and commitment to engineering excellence so evident in these motor cars perfectly echoes the lengths my grandfather and his colleagues went to in their pursuit of the waterspeed records.” The car is finished in a specially developed ‘Maggiore Blue’ exterior paint, inspired by Bluebird’s famous colour scheme. Nine layers of paint are applied before an exhaustive process of hand-sanding and the application of a cutting-edge powdered lacquer is undertaken to ensure an impeccable finish. For the first time in Rolls-Royce history the exterior finish extends to the engine, creating a visually striking homage to the power behind Campbell’s records. The finish also adorns the car’s specially developed, fully-polished eleven-spoke wheels for the first time, providing a subtle decorative accent.

UHNW | MOTORS The exterior is completed with a hand-painted coachline that culminates in a Bluebird motif with the design taking Rolls-Royce’s master coachline painter four hours to apply by hand. Phantom Drophead Coupé’s traditional teak decking to the rear makes way for brushed steel. Each piece of material is individually panel-beaten by hand for 70 hours following initial mechanical pressing. A Rolls-Royce craftsperson will then hand-brush the metal for over 10 hours – showcasing the fastidious attention to detail and commitment to hand-craftsmanship that informs everything undertaken at the Home of Rolls-Royce. The car’s Maggiore Blue exterior finish is subtly echoed on the interior via accents on the dashboard that perfectly complement the Windchill Grey interior leather scheme. The marque’s hallmark attention to detail extends to the application of hand-engraved door armrest tunnel caps featuring a new interpretation of Campbell’s famous Bluebird motif. The armrests alone take eight hours to complete. Abachi wood also makes its Rolls-Royce debut in Waterspeed. By nature the material is cool to the touch with a satin-like tactility, and is bookmatched at an angle to echo the wake left by a boat moving at speed. Further reference to Campbell’s craft is made via a new interpretation of the famous ‘power reserve’ dial. As the driver presses on, the dial moves backwards towards a yellow and blue zone, echoing Campbell’s original K3 boat’s ‘going into the blue’ at maximum engine revolutions. A Bespoke front-lit clock adorned with Bluebird’s infinity symbol and dials hewn from a billet of aluminium evokes K3 further. Direct tribute to the records is paid in the glovebox, with a handembroidered panel expressing the records Campbell achieved at Lake Maggiore and Coniston Water. Finally, the steering wheel is presented in two-tone for the very first time, with Magiorre Blue accents balancing perfectly with traditional black leather to complete a beautifully conceived interior design scheme.

J'Ade

UHNW | MILANO

UHNW | MILANO

The interior design was handled by Studio Zuccon and the CRN Design and Interiors department, who took into consideration the owner's requests up to the smallest detail. The style is classic and modern, elegant and refined with a fusion of materials that were wisely combined: wood, leather, marble and metals which harmoniously combine with the natural and artificial lighting of the internal spaces. The concept of the vessel's decor is reflected in its name J’Ade, that is, jade green, a colour that is used in different shades for the decor of the ship and in all the decorative textiles in the internal and external spaces. Jade combines technological innovations and open and bright spaces designed by CRN, creating a new way of experiencing the sea. Moreover the megayacht fully embodies all the main strengths of the brand: the balcony in the master suite, the beach club, with the stern hatch that opens and turns into a large beach seat the water level, a unique floodable garage integrated in the lounge area of the beach club and a large full window in the panoramic salon. The aft on the main deck has an area with very elegant sofas and armchairs made of natural teak with black all weather fiber. All the outdoor furniture of the main, lower and upper decks - sofas made of natural teak with white and green covers - is by Glyn Peter Machine The big main salon has a wide open elegant and comfortable layout with warm and welcoming shades, which harmoniously match with all the other elements. As you enter from the cockpit, on the left, one immediately notices the bar area with a green marble top and a structure made of rosewood with leather tops, on which there is a big aquarium, which was the Owner's special request. Toward the stern there are two lateral walls, covered in white galuchat, customized with two specific functions: a panel that hides the bar, on the left, and an internal door that leads onto the beach area for the guests on the right side of the ship. In front of the aquarium there are two Frau armchairs clad in light beige nabuk leather with a customized floral pattern on the outside.

UHNW | MILANO

Towards the bow there is the salon with two big sofas clad in white fabric and four armchairs in dark brown nabuk leather with a floral pattern on the outside, all by Baxter; in the middle of this area there are two coffee tables made of raw wood with steel bases, which creates an element of contrast with the other pieces of furniture in the salon. The different elements mixed together harmoniously enhance this area, for example the carpet integrated in the hardwood floor, the white travertine marble with gunwale made of dark brown hammered leather. In the same area, instead of the traditional dining room, the Owner wanted an area devoted to music, including a small white Yamaha piano. In this area there are six full length columns covered in backlit white pergamena integrated in the furnishings. In the main salon the core materials used are beige nabuk leather cladding the two lateral bookcases in the middle of the main salon and the dark brown nabuk hammered leather which clads all the unit doors and drawers. The main materials of the interiors are Canaletto walnut and polished rosewood for some of the details; the hardwood floors are made of with wide Afromosia strips and white Tai Ping fitted carpets in all the guest cabins and the master suite. Towards the stern, across the main lobby there is a crystal lift, connecting all the decks and reaching the master’s suite, with access through the Owner’s study. Behind the lobby there is a crew area with a pantry and the galley, which is completely made of steel.

VILLA BERNASCONI
