Accelerated Food Protection Manager Certification

This class will take the food protection manager material and condense it into a shorter amount of time – one day. In addition, you will take the exam online at the end of the class so you will get your results immediately. If you are short on time and know what is required of you as a food protection manager, then this class is for you.

Students are given the option of purchasing the ServSafe Manager Book (English or Spanish) for $51. Book may be purchased before class begins and book sales are final – no refunds allowed. The certification exam will be given at the end of the class and will take approximately two hours. Class will break for a 30-minute lunch (on your own) unless noted otherwise. A current photo ID is required in order to take the exam.

Basic Floral Design

Learn the art of arrangement and start your journey as a floral designer! You will receive hands-on training while learning the basics of floral design, including flower choices, types of arrangements, and tools needed for the profession. This class will offer practical application using line, form, proportion and color. Included will be high-styled designs for a wedding or any special event as well as bridal work including bride’s bouquet, boutonnières and corsages. Please bring flower clippers to class.
