Find

Study their previous builds. Look at their style of homes. Make a list of likes and dislikes.

Meet with the builders you like the most from their work. Come prepared with a list of questions. Find out if they are able to build your vision, their price range and if you're wanting a specific neighborhood, if they can build there!

Walk through one of their homes. Ask your potential builder if you can get a tour of a few of their homes. Seeing their homes in person is essential for learning more about what you like or don’t like and choosing a builder.

Ask their customers for opinions. Learning what they liked and didn’t like about the process and how they enjoyed working with their builder can help you not only learn how to navigate your new build project, but also help you choose the right builder.
