The B.C. Liberal government’s Budget 2012 reveals the deficit forecast for 2011/12 improved by $594 million over projections and now stands at $2.5 billion. The province forecasts a deficit of $968 million for the 2012/13 fiscal year starting April 1, and then surpluses of $154 million in 2013/14 and $250 million in 2014/15. Over the next three years, it will cap annual spending to
