Home Builders’ Association hosts its fall event, Open House: A Showcase of New Homes. For the past eight years, it has been known as the Parade of New Homes, but GVHBA CEO Peter Simpson says the name was getting tired. “We wanted to freshen it up and re-brand it,” he says. “We think it’s great. If (potential homebuyers) want to see the latest and greatest in an organized event, this is it.” There are 15 builders showcasing 57 showhomes during the event.
