How to identify recalled product ELQ – Earth Leakage Quicklag Residual current Circuit Breakers with Overload protection In switchboards or loadcentres on your site, identify where Quicklag-type Miniature over-current Circuit Breakers (MCBs) or ELQ-type Residual current Circuit Breakers with over-current protection (RCBOs) are installed. MCB products without a test button and RCBOs with a white or orange test button are not the subject of the recall. RCBOs which are the subject of the recall can be identified by the presence of a green test button. If you identify an RCBO which is the subject of the recall, then please fill out the claim registration form located on Eaton’s website www.eatoncorp.com.au/elqtw-r Following registration and confirmation of the recalled product, Eaton will arrange for a qualified electrician to attend your site and replace the recalled product with the compliant product at no charge.
