Pricing
Note that we have two pricing structures:
1. Case pack quantity: If you purchase an item in the listed case pack quantity, or higher, you will be charged the lowest available case pack price.
2. Less than case pack quantity: If you wish to purchase an item in less-than-case-pack quantities, we are happy to oblige, with an upcharge to help cover additional warehouse expense for doing so.

Net 30; F.O.B. factory; Minimum order of $200; No return accepted without written authorization.
NEW ACCOUNTS - Minimum opening order:$200
Our terms are net 30 - F.O.B. factory or credit card (Visa, Amex, Mastercard). We route your shipment via the fastest and most economical carrier unless otherwise specified. Your credit references should include three, or more, current suppliers with phone, fax and account numbers.
Prices And Ordering Procedures
1. All prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise subject to prior sale, availabilty and prevailing price at the time of shipment.
2. To avoid errors, please give stock number, description, color, quantity, and price of each item ordered.
3. No back order held under $100.
4. Order by e-mail, fax or phone.
Claims And Defective Merchandise
1. Claims for shortage must be made within five days after receipt of goods.
2. Freight damage must be claimed directly against the carrier. Carrier is liable for loss or damage during transit. Examine each shipment at once and report discrepancies to the delivering carrier inmediately.
3. No returned merchandise will be accepted without written or faxed request to our Customer Service Department. Request for return must be made within 90 days of receipt.
