Bleep and HSBC Merchant Services have worked in partnership to secure Queens Park Rangers Football Club, with catering and hospitality provided by Azure Catering. They required a flexible EPOS solution for their Loftus Road stadia that only Bleep had the experience to provide. A full EPOS solution to equip the kiosks and members bar areas with a system that would excel in a fast service stadia environment, where both speed and accuracy are essential, was required.

Bleep PayPOS was well suited to dealing with the unique challenges sports stadia and events venue possess. The terminals had to be small and compact enough to fit into the space limited kiosks, but also quick and reliable, to limit queues and reduce service time, maximising the spend per head and customer experience. In order to assist with this, the kiosks, which previously only accepted cash, could now accept contactless cards as well as QPR’s own in house cashless system, making Loftus Road one of the first stadia’s to do so. The unique integration of PayPOS enables customers to simply touch the reader at the point of sale with their cards and pay in less than a second. Offering these payment options suited both the club and customers alike, making that half time pie or pint achievable for fans without missing any of the match action on the pitch.

Since installation, service times are as fast as ever, thanks to Bleep PayPOS and the contactless payment integration and cashless payment system, while still maintaining the highest standard of service. Customer satisfaction and overall sales have risen as a direct result of PayPOS, with transaction speed and accuracy increasing significantly since the move away from cash only kiosks.
