DEAR STORE MANAGER The following material / tool has been made for the sole purpose of assisting you in creating a merchandising setup that will benefit the sales turnover in your store. The articles with the highest sale turnover have been used on all key areas, ie. face outs / tables and T-racks. There is also used less styles in the walls in order to ensure a look that is “CLEAN� and easy for the customer to understand. Please ensure you build the walls before you place any kind of articles on it. You can use the build setup I have used here or see your BLEND guidelines for inspiration. When merchansiding a wall please pay close attention to style and colour rather than mindsets ! The whole purpose of this is to ensure you create a wall that is commercialy as well as visualy condusive to easy and quick shopping for your customers. Always ensure you create a complete “ story “...this allows you to inspire the customer to buy more than one piece at the time thus increasing the store basketsize and turnover.

You must ensure the walls are styled and kept properly so your stores over all image is kept intact ( when doing so you not only make sure you have a proper presentation of the articles, but also have a correct and good overwiev og the stock level and are able to make daily decidesions based on facts.

Blend windows Guys and girls. The following rules and guidelines applies to all Blend windows and mannequins... Stores and SIS.
Article/stock When you sell out of an article or stock is getting low of an article you must replace immediately.
Mannequins. 5 pce. of articles on all mannequins (on order to inspire and promote multiple sales)
Planning a change of your window. Find your new window/articles in the store, coulors/styles/sizes and have them ready before you disassemble the old one. Take the mannequins and change them one at the time. Remove all old decoration material and throw it out, place the new decoration material and then add the mannequins.
Windows. Always create a “ story “ with the articles... ie. the same look/colours and styling, use the mindsets as an excellent tool and guideline.
