HE SHOPPING MALL DESIGN MUST MEET THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL NEEDS OF THE USERS/CUSTOMERS SUCH AS SPACES FOR SEATING, PLAYZONES FOR KIDS, ETC AND ESPECIALLY ECONOMICAL INTERESTS OF THE OWNERSHIP. IT IS IMPORTANT TO CREATE A SAFE AND RICH SHOPPING ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PEOPLE.
THE DESIGN SHOULD BE INNOVATIVE AND ENCOURAGE ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY PRACTICES. ASPECTS TO CONSIDER WHEN DESIGNING A SHOPPING MALL INCLUDE THE SITE'S FEASIBILITY IN TERMS OF THE COMMUNITY'S ABILITY TO SUPPORT A MALL; ADEQUATE VEHICULAR ACCESS; AND THE SITE'S SIZE AND TOPOGRAPHY, AS WELL AS THE AVAILABILITY OF UTILITIES, BYELAWS, AND LAND USE IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA.

A chair s optimal seat angle is a slightly downward slope from the front to the back, promoting weight distribution and good posture, with a 5 to 10 degree downward slope being commonly recommended.
The width of a chair armrest ergonomically influences the comfort of the forearm, elbow, and wrist, ensuring equal pressure and load distribution rather than causing pressure to a specific area of the arm.
The seat should tilt back appropriately to minimize compressive stress on the spine and neck, allowing for relaxation without causing new positions.
Seat width and angle should be adjustable for comfortable pressure and posture adjustments, while the angle should support feet on the floor or footrest.
