EuroVanillin AROMATIC Ethyl Vanillin made from Guethol. Strong and intense Vanillin taste. Lower dosage, less cost-in-use.

EuroVanillin REGULAR Vanillin made from Guaiacol. For fragrance applications.


EuroVanillin EXPERT EuroVanillin CHOCOLATE A vanillin flavour, designed for products that contain chocolate. Masks the bitterness of cocoa perfectly and promotes the choclaty taste. Used 1:1 when replacing Vanillin.

EuroVanillin DAIRY A Vanillin flavour, designed for the World of Milk and Ice-Cream. Enhances freshness, increases creaminess. Used 1:1 when replacing Vanillin.

EuroVanillin BAKERY A Vanillin flavour, developed for use in sweet bakery products like biscuits, cakes and wafers. Tempers fattiness and supports the Out-of-the-Oven-Sensation. Used 1:1 when replacing Vanillin.


EuroVanillin Expert is Borregaard´s range of Vanillin Creations that go beyond Vanillin.

EuroVanillin SWEETS A Vanillin flavour, discovered for use in confectionery, toppings and sweets. Rounds off sweet and fruity tastes. Used 1:1 when replacing Vanillin.

EuroVanillin BORREBON Vanilla flavouring made by Borregaard. Derived from stable sources 1:1 intensity against standard vanillin. To be applied dry in food applications. To be labelled as flavouring.
