Communities

Community. Quality. Respect. Wellbeing.

Communities within communities retirement living. Nestled amongst the leafy northern and eastern suburbs of Sydney, our retirement villages offer you something particularly special. Along with a unique reputation for affordable and secure retirement residences, you’ll be struck by the wonderful sense of community with friendly, inclusive, and like-minded neighbours. With the guidance of our villages’ visiting friendly support team, you’ll step straight into a busy calendar of activities, enjoying the community facilities within each village as well as taking regular advantage of nearby cafes, clubs, services, shopping, and transport. This embodies our belief in how ‘communities within communities’ enriches life for everyone. Built on the deeply caring, respectful spirit of Mrs Jessie Vasey, the widow of Major General George ‘Alan’ Vasey, each community is true to our founder’s vision of providing affordable retirement living. All four villages offer bright, self-contained 1-bedroom units featuring a modern kitchen and open living/dining area with a bathroom and separate bedroom. Along with lovely gardens and a barbeque area, residents enjoy a range of activities, in a central common room and library, including trivia mornings, art, computer and exercise classes as well as special social events and day trips.
