Gloria’s first location in the Bishop Arts District of Oak Cliff, Texas This location (now closed), has moved down the road to the historic Oak Cliff Fire Station No. 15. Located at 600 N. Bishop.
Peel back the many layers of paint and you can see where all the hard work began. In April of 1986 Jose and Gloria Fuentes took over a modest restaurant in Oak Cliff, Texas. Their focus has always been persistence and a resilient work ethic. Under their management and the restaurants new concept, they started serving Dallas their addictive Salvadorian entrees. Twenty five years later and still growing, they just celebrated their thirteenth open location.

BLISSFUL DISH
The Mouth-Watering Scoop on Blissful Entrees
It all started with this hostess stand. Imagine all the families it has greeted over the years. Two and a half decades later Gloria’s Restaurants continues to serve their delicious Salvadorian inspired entrees. This worn stand is a tribute to Gloria’s success story. It represents what hard work and overcoming obsticles can bring.
