MASTER OF ENTREPRENEURIAL REAL ESTATE Bloch is the only school in the region offering the Master of Entrepreneurial Real Estate (M.E.R.E.). The knowledge gained during the 36-credit-hour program gives students mastery of the interdisciplinary skills needed to make complex real estate decisions. MASTER OF SCIENCE IN ACCOUNTING Graduates of the Master of Science in Accounting (M.S.A.) program are qualified for the various examinations leading to professional certification. Bloch offers two M.S.A. options: 30-HOUR PROGRAM – Students who have a bachelor’s degree in accounting may be eligible to complete their M.S.A. with just 30 credit hours. Because they already have an accounting background, these students are waived from most core courses. 60-HOUR PROGRAM – The comprehensive curriculum is designed for students who have little or no undergraduate accounting experience. Students learn everything they need to enjoy a professional career in the accounting field.
Admission Requirements • GMAT score (or GRE equivalent) of 460 or higher. • A total of 1,100 points using the formula 200 x undergraduate cumulative GPA + GMAT score. • GPA also can be calculated using the last consecutive 60 college hours.

MASTER OF SCIENCE IN FINANCE The Master of Science in Finance (M.S.F.) helps advance careers in a variety of financial fields; a financial undergraduate degree is not required. The degree prepares students for financial certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). The program can be completed in as little as 33 credit hours.

MASTER OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
Admission Requirements
The 36-credit-hour Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) prepares students for expanded leadership opportunities in public and nonprofit organizations. Students may seek a generalist M.P.A. or study one or more of three emphasis areas.
• Applicants with a cumulative undergraduate GPA below 3.5 will be required to complete the GRE.

JOINT DEGREE OPTIONS Students with undergraduate degrees in Urban Studies or Business Administration may be eligible to complete the M.P.A. with just one additional year of courses. The Bloch Professional Master of Business Administration (MBA) program develops skilled managers who can navigate a global and rapidly changing society. The challenging 42-credit-hour curriculum emphasizes hands-on learning. Students take a sequence of 24 credit hours of core business courses; they put their new knowledge and skills into practice in the program’s capstone experiences.

The Intensive Full-Time MBA (42 credit hours) is designed for highly motivated professionals who embrace the challenge of earning their MBA in just 11 months, including a six- to eight-week paid corporate internship and a three-week global capstone experience. Students dive headfirst into the discovery, research, analysis and decision-making that take place at real companies.

EXECUTIVE MBA The Bloch Executive MBA is a highly selective degree program for experienced professionals. The integrated curriculum is focused on application and includes field experiences as well as four residencies that support the platforms of the program: leadership, civic engagement, innovation and global perspective. Graduates report building lifelong bonds and receiving promotions within their companies — both during and after the program. The average student is 38 years old and has 10 years of managerial experience. Convenient classes meet one Friday and two Saturdays each month.
