Changing Lives & Making a Difference

Rachel Kaufman, Escapades Producer at Dresher Esates, was featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer for all of the hard work and community outreach she did during COVID-19. Here is a short snippet from the article.

“I have felt every possible emotion there has been to feel over the course of this year, highs and lows. It’s almost indescribable. But I feel like we really took what could have been a horrible, horrible situation and made absolutely the best we could out of it.”

NEW COMMUNITY OPENING! Brandywine Living at Potomac, located in Potomac, Maryland, marks our 32nd community in the Kingdom and our first step into the state of Maryland! New residents will start moving in early April 2021 and the leadership team is ready to go!

PROJECT RENAISSANCE Brandywine acquired two wonderful communities in November 2020 and welcomed them into the Brandywine family. We are excited to announce that both locations: Brandywine Living at Summit (formerly Spring Meadows) and Brandywine Living Serenade at Princeton (formerly Acorn Glen) will be undergoing significant renovations that will improve the safety and quality of life for existing residents. To get ready for construction, we temporarily relocated the residents and the employees to other local Brandywine sister communities (Mountain Ridge, Middlebrook Crossing, Pennington and Princeton). They were all welcomed with open arms and excited to return to their “new” home when the project is complete!

Serenade at Princeton employees meet the Pennington Team

Summit employees meet the Mountain Ridge Team

Marie Milano (Executive Director at Mountain Ridge) greets residents from Summit

Our Mission

Brandywine Living will provide our residents with the highest quality care in the most appropriate setting based on an individual’s needs while respecting their individuality, independence and dignity.

Our Core Values •

We believe that every resident has the right to be treated with dignity and respect and has the right of self-determination.

We believe in delivering the best quality service possible to those who have put their trust in us.

We believe that honesty, integrity, caring and thoughtfulness are as important as the health care we provide.

We believe that our residents are active, joyful and fascinating individuals who will continue to learn and grow each day and will contribute to our learning and growing as well.

We believe that great care is a team effort where ideas, collaboration, and mutual respect for each team member’s efforts and contributions are essential to the result.

HOPE YOU ENJOYED THIS LATEST EDITION OF THE TRIBUTE! If you have a special story or accomplishment to share, please send to thetribute@brandycare.com.
