Presenting your property in the best light optimizes its chances of getting the best price. Sonnenalp Real Estate stages its homes for every showing. We turn on the lights, draw the drapes and blinds, brew coffee and bake cookies (for the aroma, turn on the fireplace and music, and, where appropriate, fill the tub and add bubble-bath. In addition, we have relationships with interior designers and furniture stores that enable us to fill empty rooms with furnishings and accessories on a Temporary basis and at very reasonable prices.
