Located just west of Cedaredge, Colorado is one of the best private hunting ranches we have to offer. An “end of the road” property, surrounded by BLM land, gives a buyer of this ranch a great feeling of solitude and peace of mind. Owning this property gives you the added usage of thousands of acres of BLM land where you can ride horseback, hike, or ATV for many miles. Entry to the surrounding BLM makes it difficult for other hunters or people in general to hunt in the surrounding government owned land. Dax Hayden, (303) 619-6774

Exceptional 35 acre parcel of land in Cody Park. When you turn into the property it opens up to expose expansive views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains yet the logical build site is hidden from view by a perfect, perimeter ring of trees that circumference the land. Electricity has already been brought in and is active. The open build site is very large providing enough land for home, barn, arena, workshop or any other structure your lifestyle demands. Lisa Frank, (719) 269-0644

192 acres on the high plains of Colorado at Agate. The property is serviced by a good well and pipeline system. The well is a submersible electric well. The property has good availability of electricity as a power line crosses the property. The 192 acres has good grass and would make a great horse property or small cattle operation. Location is approximately 4 miles west of Agate, Colorado and I-70. Hunting opportunities on the property include mule deer, pronghorn and coyote and fox. Jim Digby, (303) 883-8493

Nellie O’Brien & The Lost Sweetheart is 4 contiguous mining claims totaling 44.44 acres of private property, in the now lostto-time town of Querida. The land is a mix of Pine, Aspens, Pinon, lush grassy meadows and high open ground. Almost entirely bounded by BLM land with electricity very near the east border, the land is very private yet near the town of Westcliffe. Alternative energy is also an option, such as solar, wind or generator. Lisa Frank, (719) 269-0644

Overlooking the San Luis Valley lies the Cotton Creek Cabin and +/- 63 acres at the base of the Sangre De Cristo range right on the year-round creek. What could be better than to be serenaded to sleep after a day of catching trout from your own pools, playing in your waterfalls, hiking the nearby national forest trails, reading a book while listening to the rustling cottonwood leaves or cooking smores in your very own stone fire pit. It will be the best sleep of your life! Greg Liddle, (970) 946-0374

Lisa Frank, (719) 269-0644

The hunting opportunities abound in this part of Colorado, which makes this +/- 191 acres in the foothills of Trinidad a great opportunity. The +/- 191-acre property borders two large parcels of BLM and these parcels border state land so there are unlimited opportunities for recreational activities in the foothills of Trinidad, CO. There are private roads leading into the property, which makes this parcel extremely private. Greg Liddle, (970) 946-0374

Apache Creek includes three adjoining parcels; 35 acres, 35 acres and 38 acres with stunning mountain views, agricultural zoning, and no HOA or covenants. Grassland gently rises to a dramatic bluff looking down on creekbottom pasture and the meandering creek from which the property takes its name. The creek forms the property’s northern boundary.
