Roxaco Land Corporation
Roxaco Land Corporation, the property development arm of Roxas & Co. Inc., was incorporated on April 26, 1988 for the purpose of acquiring real estate for investment and development. On its own or in partnership with other property developers, Roxaco has several projects ranging from first-class residential resort communities like Peninsula de Punta Fuego to residential subdivisions within the provinces of Batangas and Cavite. Roxaco intends to establish a significant presence in the real estate industry in Southern Luzon and eventually nationwide. With resort town Nasugbu as its base, the Company continues to set its sights in residential communities and leisure-tourism developments. Roxas & Co. Inc., is the mother company of Roxaco, and is primarily involved in sugar, energy, and agricultural industries. It has interests in Roxas Holdings, Inc. (RHI), a publicly-listed company that owns Central Azucarera Don Pedro, Inc. (CADPI), Central Azucarera dela Carlota, Inc. (CACI), and Roxol Bioenergy Corporation.

Emmanuel Stroobant
Hailing from Belgium, Chef Emmanuel started his career at 16 cleaning dishes in one of his country’s best restaurants. At 18, he enrolled at a hospitality institute in Belgium, and for four years thereafter, honed his skills at some of the very best restaurants there that included one, two and three star Michelin establishments. At 23, he opened his first restaurant in his hometown, Liege, to critical success. Following a life-changing decision to head to Asia, he made a stop in Kuala Lumpur before finally settling down in Singapore at The Fig Leaf prior to opening his first restaurant, Saint Pierre in 2000. He was laurelled many times at Saint Pierre, including World Gourmet Summit–Award of Excellence, ‘Best New Restaurant 2002 and 2003,’ ‘Chef of the Year 2002 and 2006’ and ‘Restaurant of the Year 2007.’ In 2008, Saint Pierre became a member of Relais & Châteaux, holding the honour of being the only Singapore establishment with the accolade since then. Chef Emmanuel has authored two cook books, ‘Cuisine Unplugged’ and ‘Vine Dining– White’ which won the Gourmand World Media Award for “Best in the World Matching Food and Wine.” He also had his own television series titled ‘Chef in Black,’ ‘Chef in Black II,’ and more recently ‘36 Ways to Live.’ A recent naturalised Singaporean, Chef Emmanuel has stamped his brand across different food concepts in Singapore in a string of popular eateries, including Brussels Sprouts, Picotin Express, Rocks Urban Grill & Bar, SqueRotisserie & Alehouse, and a newly minted Saint Pierre Market.
Manny Samson & Associates
Manny Samson honed his talents for creating memorable and beautiful interiors in Los Angeles, California. His design strategy is focused on the use and adaptation of ethnic art forms unique to each country. In his thirst for innovation, he transcends tried and tested formulas and takes Design into the realm of Fine Arts. His Eastern sensibilities marries with his Western approach in delivering projects—on schedule and on budget, making his studio one of the busiest in Asia.
