Letter from the Editor

When frost finally gives way to sun and days begin to lengthen, my thoughts turn to….mops, dust cloths and very large garbage bags. I literally can’t wait to turn the house inside out. This happens every year, so like lemmings who march blindly off a cliff, I’m hostage to an annual bout of springcleanitis. This time I’m tackling the basement. And it’s definitely a basement, not a ‘lower level’ since it’s never been finished. It is, however, perfect for grandkids, with a couple of large tables for crafts and Legos, as well as skates, bikes and assorted action toys that could destroy a living room.

The stuff that bugs me are the discarded tables, chairs and other bits and pieces too good to throw away, but just too shabby or inappropriate for upstairs. My own inanimate version of Downton Abbey, you might say. Also, we have stacks of magazines that serve as a reference library which have become a fire hazard. Believe me, THOSE HAVE GOT TO GO. If spring inspires you to fix things up, then our feature Haute Style for Your Home should be first on your ‘must read’ in this issue. Local decorators and vendors from Indiana Design Center have written a series of articles filled with decorating tips and trends for 2016. The IDC is one of the best local resources for anyone with a design dilemma; their ‘Designer on Call’ program even offers walk-in advice on specific days and times. Visit IndianaDesignCenter.com for more details. And don’t ignore your closet if you want to start the warm season right. Jenni Meyers, the owner of beauty + grace in Carmel City Center, offers an eye-catching piece on Five Modern Updates on Staple Pieces You Already Love. Her simple advice will stretch everyone’s wardrobe. As is always the case in our busy city, Carmel’s calendar is filled with things to see and do. Go to CarmelCityMagazine.com so you won’t miss a beat. Jackie Holloway, Editor JHolloway@CarmelCityMagazine.com

A Lifetime of Beautiful Smiles, in Just Six Months. (The smile you’ve always wanted)

WAYNE KINNEY, DDS DENTIST KEYSTONE DENTISTRY

I’m Wayne. I have a different idea. As a Dentist, I’ve found that many teens and adults spend their entire lives covering their mouths when they laugh, smile or talk—when they just don’t have to. People tell me they feel stuck because they don’t want to wear metal braces for years, or they’re concerned that other corrective teeth straightening procedures could be too invasive or too expensive. I’m always looking into the the best technologies and procedures to give my patients the smile they’ve always dreamed about, and I’ve finally found an effective, safe and affordable cosmetic braces solution that can give you the smile you’ve always wanted—Six Month Smiles®. Great results in less time than you ever thought possible. Finding cosmetic solutions that fit your lifestyle. Now that’s a different idea. And a better one.

INTERIOR DESIGN THERAPY 16

Designed To Please

There are three major design principles that I focus on in every interior project.

Lighting

A well designed space must include a comprehensive plan for lighting. I con-

sider all light sources before finalizing an interior: natural light, ambient light, task lighting and accent lighting. Think of lighting as a ‘layering effect.’ Every room needs a minimum of three ‘layers’ of light in order for the space to be complete.

Contrast

Picture contrasts as a ying and yang for your interior. Mixing up patterns, tex-

tures, colors and design styles creates more balance in a room. Too much of one pattern or texture or style is boring and repetitive. Don’t be afraid to go out of your

comfort zone and pair traditional with modern or mix plaid with stripes. Experiment with bold splashes of black and white and embrace the textural contrast between

metals and natural hardwoods. Creating an eclectic space imbues personality and interest to your home and often lends a subconscious feeling of calm.

Here is a simple example of how to create balance in a sitting room. A couch, a wonderful piece of artwork and an antique trunk used as a coffee table are all perfectly centered on top of a custom patchwork rug. The side table and coffee table accessories are not “matchy” but are balanced with an eclectic mix of my client’s treasures.

Balance

An unbalanced space can feel uncom-

fortable. You achieve balance by equally distributing the visual weight of your furniture

and accessories throughout your room. Space

planning is often overlooked by do-it-yourself decorators. Before making major furniture purchases, nothing is more important than measuring your room to make sure that everything fits.

It is just as important to measure each piece so

that a space is balanced from one wall to the

next. If you start by arranging your big pieces first and finish with your accessories, it’s easier to achieve a harmonious design.

Angie Jakad Fischer, Owner Interior Design Therapy Indiana Design Center, Suite 116 interiordesigntherapy.com

A commercial space in downtown Indy is converted from an old service station into a high end facility and is a study in contrasts. My client wanted a masculine feel to the space but one that would also appeal to women. Notice the contrast between reclaimed wood planking on the walls, velvet cushions, plush pillows and soft curtains. A distressed wood barn door, concrete floors and original beamed ceilings add to the ambience. There’s industrial metal lighting and a table & bench that combine old wood and metals.

This house on Morse Reservoir exemplifies great lighting in a space. I eliminated window treatments to maximize natural light and because privacy was not an issue. The ambient lighting can be seen in can lights on the ceiling. It is very simple since ceilings are low in this lounge area. Accent lighting is added in the form of candle light; candles are on the table between the love seats.

Simple Upgrades

After spending time indoors during the colder months, it’s natural that

many people are ready to redesign their interiors. The changing of seasons provides perfect inspiration to change things up in your home.

Not sure where to begin or which way to go? Updating your window treat-

ments is one way to transform your look. Check out these ideas that are trending in 2016.

Neutrals

The simple beauty of neutral tones is incredibly popular right now. Neutrals

are wonderful to work with simply because they are so versatile and allow a lot of room for individual creativity. If you decide to bring neutral drapes into your

home, consider seaming different tones together. Seaming provides endless possibilities for color and pattern combinations.

Pops of Color

While ‘neutral drapes’ may sound ba-

sic, boring and bland, adding a splash of color is a smart and stylish option. Just a little bit of color goes a long way and won’t overwhelm your décor.

Patterns

Notice the geometric print in the

window treatment pictured. It plays off beautifully against the other elements in

the room. Add a cushy sofa and inviting armchair and you’ve made this seating area irresistible.

Gold Accents

Another trend that decorators love is

the use of gold as an accent. Gold is showing up both in drapery and upholstery

fabric, as well as hardware and lighting fixtures. Using gold is an excellent way to add a touch of elegance to your room.

Bold & Beautiful

On the other end of the color spec-

trum, there are lots of innovative designs

that are being done with bold colors and

patterns. Many homeowners are choosing to make a vibrant statement in one key

room or throughout their house. This gor-

geous tangerine and coral print is a great example of how to do bold and beautiful well.

Stand Ups And Convex Lines

R

emember those kitchen desks from the ‘80s? If you have one of those rel-

ics it’s undoubtedly a collector for the stuff you don’t know where to put. Surely the chair is long gone since your family tired of its blocking traffic.

Enter the stand desk. There’s no chair to bang your knees on, it offers at least

one charging/docking drawer, and because it’s taller than the rest of the counters,

it offers a place to stand (or lean) while checking your email and looking up that

recipe. Inside are multiple outlets and USB charging blocks to keep clutter off the counter. And if it happens to be an island, pop-up outlets are all the rage; they recess into the top when not in use. The stand desk in the background is six inches taller than the adjacent cabinets and is a most-used spot.

20

How about those long islands that keep replacing our breakfast tables? They say lively

conversation is the spice of life. We’re talking kitchens and bars, so if open floor plans

are de rigueur, and guests gravitate to those spaces, why should it be so difficult to have a multi-person conversation while sitting? Eating islands, peninsulas, and bars (pictured) are in vogue for good reason: we spend most of our time socializing while we prep and cook. The

challenge is that when seated in a row, one can usually only see the person to either side. The guest on the other side of your immediate neighbor is left out.

Changing that straight line to convex has several effects, not the least of which is live-

lier conversation. The shape adds to the circumference, providing more personal space for all seated, while not intruding too much (often not more than eight inches); a gentle curve permits all guests to see each other with a nod of the head. Curves tend to soften objects,

so a convex island adds a feeling of sensuality. And now that LED strip lighting is so easy to obtain, why not light below the counter? Toe kick lighting also adds a great night light.

Design Reality The balance between beautiful design and real-life living can be a challenge. These impactful tips will enhance your current space, yet keep it livable and lovely.

Color Palette

Find Your Neutral - Find Your Pop 1. Are you a cool/warm? 2. Are you a beige/grey? 3. Are you a light/dark?

Finding artwork, fabric and rugs that inspire your palette is a great way to determine your personal preferences.

DESIGNER TIP: Palette should consist of: 5 color hues -

Trim Hue / Dark Hue / Accent Hue / Body Hue / Pop Hue.

Lighting

Purpose & Proportion: I love large scale lighting, as I think it is the anchor in the room. When considering lighting it has to function well, offer lighting options for different times of day (such as dimming options), and be the jewelry of the room. Finish, Scale, and Placement is crucial.

DESIGNER TIP:

• Choose a large scaled diameter piece for a focal area and hang tightly to the ceiling, which creates instant elegance and drama.

• Dimmers are a necessity for focal lighting and recessed lighting - creates instant mood.

Layout

Furniture placement is vital for a practical and beautiful space. Do not push all furniture to the walls. Bring the pieces inside the room. Let accent pieces “float” in the room. Consider scale, walking pattern, and room usage to accommodate your family and guests.

DESIGNER TIP: Identify the focal point of the room and build around that key

area with symmetrical main pieces. Sprinkle in a “float” accent piece to break up the symmetry.

Details

The final touches in a space can make or break the overall design. Details such as art, accent décor, rugs and draperies finish the room. DESIGNER TIP:

• Incorporate collected pieces and family heirlooms and mix with modern artwork. • Mix masculine and feminine patterns to balance the overall feel of the room.

GREAT CHEFS Tina’s Traditional Old English Kitchen

Authenticity & Tradition When you walk into Tina’s Traditional Old English Kitchen, you’ll immediately know you have stepped into another culture - and you will delight in every second of it. Authenticity and tradition are the first words that come to mind. It’s a captivating place that lets you experience everything old English charm has to offer. My 7-year old daughter accompanied me to interview Tina, and the moment we arrived

my little girl was enchanted. We first put on tea-room hats that Tina has available in a lovely box by the front door. Just as I was having a mom-moment, thinking my daughter should “not touch a thing,” she was drawn to a small section called “Peter Rabbit’s Garden.” Tina designed this spot specifically for children and filled it with books and dainty items. She literally has thought of everything! There are so many details to look at, to ponder on and to ask about. And what we discovered is that there is purpose and tradition behind every detail. No matter how small, each has a meaning. It is wonderful to learn about the tea tradition from an expert, and Tina is the perfect tutor.

Q: When did you decide to open a tea room? A: I have wanted to open a tea room since I was 28, when I visited one in England that made a big impression on me. It had such an immaculate culture. The service was everything it should have been, so you left feeling as if you had an experience, not just “tea.” Q: Tell me about your tea room. A: It is 100% traditional. I wanted to keep it vintage and authentic, so if you walked

into a tea room in England, it would look and feel like this. Everything you see was chosen with that in mind, from the vintage chairs, to the white lace, to the combination of tea cups, loose-leaf teas, jams and sandwiches. You’ll also find a British tie-in with the royal family. Q: Where in England are you from? A: I moved to Indiana from Devonshire, England in 2008. It was quite a culture difference! Most notably, I would use terms that were familiar in the states, but I would use them with a totally different meaning. It’s been an adventure to say the least. Q: What does tea mean to you? A: In England, tea is a way of life and represents so much. It is the most widelydrunk liquid in the UK…people typically have 2 - 6 cups a day. It provides an opportunity to slow down and enjoy life and the people around you. I like to think of it as “nature’s health drink”. It helps digestion, it’s a source of rich antioxidants and the caffeine from tea is released in a slower way that keeps you going instead of making you jittery. In that way, tea is kinder to the heart. There is a science as well as an art to tea. Our teas are loose leaf, which means they are fresher and a higher quality of tea.

With fresh loose-leaf tea, you can get 2-3 refills from the same leaves. But it also means the tea takes a bit longer to brew. Black tea needs to seep just a little longer than green, so we put tea timers at every table. Also, for the perfect cup of tea, temperature matters! Black tea needs to be made with boiling water, while herbal and green teas should be made with a slightly lower temperature of water. Boiling water would make those teas bitter. Q: Tell me about your food menu. A: All of the recipes are traditionally English, and many of them are my family recipes passed down through the years. We update our menu seasonally, but it always has soups, salads, some hot items like sausage rolls, as well as an array of tea sandwiches. We make our own jams/jellys - like fig and ginger jam, and vanilla chai tea jelly. And we bake our own scones, tarts and crumpets. People love clotted cream - it’s a slightly sweet fresh cream you spread on scones. Ours comes from a special cow in Devon. (My daughter giggled as she heard stories of this special cow).

Queens Royal High Tea Bottom Tier: Sandwich Selection Middle Tier: Freshly baked English scone with genuine imported Devonshire clotted cream, raspberry jam & vanilla chai tea jelly. Top Tier: A variety of pastries including a slice of Bakewell from the town of Bakewell in Derbyshire.

Q: There are so many new things to try on your menu! What do you suggest a person begin with? A: Doing a sandwich sampling is a wonderful way to give you an array of English tastes to enjoy with your tea; it is what would be experienced with a “high tea” in England. Something everyone loves for its taste and history is the “Victorian Sandwich Cake”. The story is that the queen had asked the kitchen for a jam sandwich, but the kitchen staff thought that was too plain for the queen. They wouldn’t dare serve her something so simple. Instead, they put the jam on layers of a tender cake which is called “Victorian Sandwich Cake” to this day. It is not as overtly sweet as traditional cake, and because the cake is made with butter - not oil - it is very moist and sticky. Just delightful. Q: Do you have tea parties for children? A: Absolutely! We have Little Prince/ Princess High Teas, and we serve a

39

selection of sandwiches, shortbread, and pastries. There is so much for children to learn from teas and etiquette around a table…respect for themselves and for others, to begin with. Q: And you’ve started doing special events, correct? A: One of the things I’ve loved the most is offering themed nights. We did a Harry Potter “Hogwarts High Tea in the Dark” in October where we served butter beer and had a sorting hat! This year, we are starting with a “Dinner at Downton” - a chance for all of the Downton Abbey fans to get dressed up and experience an elegant evening. We will also have a Mr. Darcy Evening, complete with actors. We have so much fun! Often there are other items for people to taste and try - like sticky toffee pudding and Yorkshire puddings. You can register for any of the special events on our website. They are pre-ticketed because they are becoming so popular! Q: How has English tea been embraced in Carmel? A: Oh goodness! They have welcomed us with open arms and been excited about everything we do! It is such an honor to share a part of my country and culture with the people of Carmel.

Sausage Roll Sage & black pepper seasoned sausage meat in a puff pastry served warm on a bed of greens.

40

Q: What do you want people to think when they leave? A: First, I want people to feel at home when they walk in. When they leave, I want them to feel like they have learned something, tried something new, and experienced a piece of the country I love so dearly.

We left having done just that and enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. I was so in love with the Earl Grey that I purchased a bag of loose leaf for myself, along with two delicious jams for our own tea time at home. I would encourage anyone who wants to experience a delightful moment with an intensely flavorful cup of hot tea to stop in and get to know - and learn from – Tina. She has so much to share! Tina is available for talks and presentations on everything about tea, from its health benefits to its history and culture. She also offers etiquette classes for groups. To inquire about her tea room and services, contact Tina at www.tinastraditional.com or call 317-565-9716.

CARMEL CAFFEINE TRAIL

Seems as if everyone is a coffee snob these days. If you want to be hip and cool about your beans, you better know the difference between a Folgers drip and an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe pour-over. As more people turn away from national chains and embrace locally roasted and brewed coffee, the City of Carmel has decided to launch a Caffeine Trail in Carmel to satisfy the desires of a new generation of both coffee and tea lovers. The City unveiled the new and tasty attraction in January shining the spotlight on local shops and cafés offering gourmet coffees and teas. Tourists, visitors and local residents can now look to the Caffeine Trail to see where they can get a pour-over coffee, an espresso, a loose-leaf cup of tea and other treats found in the growing number of small shops around Carmel. “Carmel has long celebrated many genres of art in a variety of ways, from the performing arts at The Palladium to the art of design at the Indiana Design Center. We also embrace the visual, culinary and graphic arts in the Arts & Design District,” said Nancy Heck, Director of Community Relations and Economic Development. “It’s time to celebrate the pleasures of caffeine in our city. There is an increasing interest in culinary expertise across the nation. Here in Carmel we have a number of restaurants and cafés dedicated to serving up cups of coffee, espresso, latte or freshly brewed tea that can be considered works of art.” We could not agree more. Carmel has become home to more than two dozen shops that sell excellent coffees and teas, many of them within in walking distance of the city’s popular Monon Greenway.

excellent espressos and lattes for customers, who also come in for great food. A half block up the Trail, many folks have enjoyed visiting Soho Café & Gallery, which sources its fresh beans from a variety of local and regional roasters and prepares them perfectly with professionally trained baristas. And as you move further north, the choices include Bub’s Café with its big stack of pancakes, the Blu Moon Café at the Indiana Design Center and a little Square Donuts shop that happens to get its beans from the nearby Julian Coffee roasters. The City plans to publicize the Caffeine Trail in a variety of ways, hoping that it becomes one more reason for visitors to come and spend time experiencing all that Carmel has to offer. Specific vendors were selected for the Caffeine Trail because they offer a barista on staff or the ability to operate like a barista (using professional equipment) to make espressos, lattes and other drinks. Many feature locally roasted beans like those produced by Hubbard & Cravens or small batch independent coffees from roasters across the U.S. Carmel also provides tea lovers a special treat at Tina’s Traditional Old English Tea Room in the Arts & Design District. The majority of coffee shops, such as Soho Café & Gallery on the Monon Trail, feature a variety of loose leaf teas. Like the wine trails in California and the bourbon trails in Kentucky, the Caffeine Trail is just one more reason to visit, stay and play in Carmel. More info at http://www.carmel.in.gov/index. aspx?page=774

Among the regular stops for many coffee and tea lovers are Eggshell Bistro and Hubbard & Cravens, both located at Carmel City Center and both offering the best of fresh roasted beans,

NOW THIS IS BRUNCH!

TABLE by Market District 11505 Illinois Street, Carmel www.carmel.marketdistrict.com 317-689-6330 Sunday through Thursday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday Brunch: 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

If you’re a foodie of any sort, you’ve probably already ventured into Carmel’s sumptuous new grocery store, the Market District. For those of us who love to cook, the produce department alone is absolutely swoon-worthy. Japanese eggplant? Check. Lemon grass? Of course. Ugli fruit? It’s in the end cap next to the dragon fruit and banana leaves. But if you don’t love to cook, or just don’t feel like it, there’s a world class restaurant just off the produce department and behind the Starbucks. The décor is lavish, the bar is beautiful and the food is absolutely terrific. Table by Market District opened shortly after the grocery store itself, toward the end of last year. The menus are extensive, creative and amazingly affordable, with lunch items averaging $11 and main plates at dinner $20. The lunch menu includes a nice selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches and individual wood-fired pizzas, but the “Knife and Fork Fries” section is

48

particularly interesting. In essence, they are entrée poutines, topped with such ingredients as slow-roasted Angus short rib with Boursin fondue, house-smoked barbeque pork, pulled rotisserie chicken or Parmigiano Reggiano and truffles. The dinner menu includes many of the lunch menu items, but also offers some lovely “Main Plates.” The Lobster, Shrimp and Crab Pot Pie sounds divine, and I plan to try it on my next visit! There are also some terrific shareable side dishes—bacon-braised Brussel sprouts and Mascarpone-laden cheese grits are a good place to start. But the shining gem of this restaurant (and the most needed addition to the Hamilton County dining scene) is the Sunday Brunch. A steal at only $22.00 for adults (with special pricing for kids and seniors,) the spread is fantastic and delicious. There’s a small raw bar, a great cheese selection, lots of fresh fruit, several interesting hot sides and unique cold salads from the restaurant’s deli. A hot carving station completes the buf-

fet, with both smoked pork leg and beef tenderloin on our visit. As if all of this weren’t enough to satisfy even the most ravenous of brunchers, it also includes your choice of omelette and breakfast meat, which is served to you at your table. Then there’s the pastry table. And the macaroons are worth pushing yourself over the edge for. Add to all of this a killer Bloody Mary bar and you’ve got a recipe for a truly exceptional Brunch experience. If you’re not a fan of Bloody Mary’s, there’s a nice selection of other cocktails, wine and beer, and a “Zero Proof” section of interesting non-alcoholic drinks. Another really neat feature on the Table menu is the “Future Foodies” section for kids twelve and under. In addition to the obligatory chicken fingers and cheese pizza, they offer smaller portions of any regular menu item at a discounted price. Written by Karen Kennedy 49

Play It Safe written by Flora Hammond, M.D.

Spring is here and children of all ages will be spending lots of time out of doors. Bike riding, skateboarding, playing baseball and climbing on playground equipment are enjoyable warm weather activities. All of these activities, however, include a risk of brain injury that parents must anticipate and prevent. Traumatic brain injury, commonly referred to as a concussion, affects one person every 23 seconds in the U.S. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say some 1.5 million people sustain mild to severe brain injuries each year. A blow or jolt to the head that disrupts brain function is considered a traumatic brain injury. Mild symptoms might include a brief feeling of being dazed or confused, while a severe case could result in an extended period of unconsciousness or amnesia after the injury.

HELMETS ARE A MUST The key to preventing these injuries is to wear a helmet, and it is important to choose the right one that fits properly. And, critical to its effectiveness, it has to be worn during the activity!

Bicycle helmets should display stickers that show they meet safety standards set by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) or the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The helmet should cover the upper part of the forehead and sit level on the head, two finger widths above the eyebrows. The foam pads inside should enable the helmet to fit snugly – it should not slip around. The chin strap should fit tightly so the helmet pulls down when the child opens his/her mouth. The two side straps should meet in a “V” right under each ear. Most of these helmets, which can also be worn by in-line skaters and skateboarders, need to be replaced if they are involved in a single accident. The foam compresses to absorb the impact and cannot protect from a second impact. Baseball helmets should be certified by the National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE). Again, make sure the helmet fits snugly, with ear flaps on both sides and a chin strap. For climbing on playground equipment, it’s actually recommended that your child not wear a helmet, since the strap could be become entangled on the equipment and pose a choking hazard. Instead, look for soft surfaces below the equipment that absorb impact like sand or wood chips that are 1012 inches deep. Rubber mats may also be acceptable. Avoid asphalt, concrete, grass or soil surfaces.

WHEN IS IT SAFE TO PLAY AGAIN?

IF YOUR CHILD IS INJURED The symptoms of brain injury range from obvious loss of consciousness to more subtle and brief problems. If your child’s head is injured, look for these signs: brief feeling of being dazed, confusion, problems thinking clearly, trouble following directions, inability to remember the injury and perhaps minutes afterwards, worsened memory, headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, sleepiness or loss of consciousness.

It is very important not to rush back into an activity after a concussion, since there’s a risk of sustaining more significant damage if a second concussion occurs before the first one has healed. The player should not return to play until all signs and symptoms of the brain injury have disappeared. Recommended resting times range from days for lesser grade concussions to months or more for concussions of higher grades or for multiple concussions of any grade. Consult your doctor to be sure you are not risking further injury to your child by clearing him/ her to play too soon. If symptoms of brain injury persist, seek assistance from a brain injury rehabilitation physician.

Written By: Flora Hammond, M.D. Chief of Medical Affairs at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend that if your child suffers a concussion, you should: • Stay with your child for 24 hours after the injury. • Look for headache, changes in vision, dizziness, unusual feelings, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness or memory loss. • Wake your child every few hours while they’re sleeping to make sure they are able to be awoken and ask questions like “Where are we?” “What is the date?” • Only give medication after consulting a doctor. Avoid aspirin since it can cause internal bleeding. • Seek immediate medical treatment if your child has severe or persistent headaches, does not wake up, has convulsions or seizures, repeated vomiting, severe neck ache, obvious personality changes, stumbles or demonstrates lack of coordination, has weakness in arms or legs, ringing in ears, blurred vision, is bothered by loud noises or bright lights or has short-term memory problems.

I’ve lived in Carmel all my life. Carmel schools, sports, culture and lifestyle. Went to college out of state but returned to Indiana to live, work and raise a family. Carmel is where I want to be.

If you are considering selling your home or purchasing a new or existing home, I would like to help you and your family make informed decisions. Call for a no cost home value market analysis.
