A huge part of heating energy losses is due to the lift shaft. Unseen the permanent ventilation openings in the lift shaft head produce a chimney effect with thermal energy losses. The BlueKit system controls the lift shaft smoke extraction and ventilation facilities to ensure heating energy losses are kept to a bare minimum. At the same time, lift shaft ventilation is guaranteed in the event of a breakdown or servicing activities.
