‫ﻭﻫﻜﺬﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺬﺍﻕ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻳﺪ‪...‬‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﺑﺪﺍﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺴﺒﻌﻴﻨﺎﺕ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺼﻨﻊ ﺑﺴﻜﻮﻳﺖ ﺍﻵﻳﺲ ﻛﺮﻳﻢ ﺑﺪﺃ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﺝ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺃﺑﻮ ﻟﺒﺔ ﺑﺪﺍﻳﺔ ﻧﺠﺎﺣﻪ ﻋﻦ ﺧﺒﺮﺓ ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺪﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﺟﺪﺍﺩ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺍﺳﻢ ﺍﻟﻨﺠﻤﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻭﺟﻪ ﻧﺸﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﻨﻊ ﻟﻠﺴﻮﻕ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻠﻲ ﺍﻷﺭﺩﻧﻲ ﻭﻟﻠﺘﺼﺪﻳﺮ ﻟﻠﻌﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻝ ﻭﺧﺼﻴﺼﺎ ﻟﺪﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻴﺞ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﻓﻲ ﻣﻨﺘﺼﻒ ﺍﻟﺴﺒﻌﻴﻨﺎﺕ ﺗﻢ ﺍﻓﺘﺘﺎﺡ ﺃﻭﻝ ﻓﺮﻉ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻻﺭﺩﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺗﻢ ﺍﻧﺸﺎﺋﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺎﺭﻛﺎ ﺣﻴﺚ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﻨﻊ‪ .‬ﻭﻣﻊ ﺑﺪﺍﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺎﻧﻴﻨﺎﺕ ﺑﺪﺃﻧﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺻﻨﺎﻋﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﻮﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻗﻴﺔ ﺍﻻﺻﻠﻴﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﻻﻧﻄﻼﻗﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﻟﻰ ﻟﻠﻤﺼﻨﻊ ﻓﻜﺎﻧﺖ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﺴﻌﻴﻨﺎﺕ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻧﻀﻢ ﺃﺑﻨﺎء ﺍﻟﺤﺎﺝ ﻟﻠﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﻓﻘﺎﻣﻮﺍ ﺑﺘﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﻨﻊ ﺗﻘﻨﻴﺎ ﻭﻓﻨﻴﺎ ﻟﻤﻮﺍﻛﺒﺔ ﺁﺧﺮ ﺗﻄﻮﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺎﻝ‪ ،‬ﻓﻔﻲ ﻋﺎﻡ ‪ 1992‬ﺗﻢ ﺃﻓﺘﺘﺎﺡ ﻣﺼﻨﻊ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﻮﻳﺎﺕ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻓﺼﻠﻪ ﻋﻦ ﻓﺮﻉ‬ ‫ﻣﺎﺭﻛﺎ‪ .‬ﻭﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﻡ ‪ 1995‬ﺗﻤﺖ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺳﻌﺔ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺍﻷﺧﻴﺮﺓ ﻟﻔﺮﻉ ﻣﺎﺭﻛﺎ‪ ،‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﻡ ‪ 1996‬ﺗﻢ ﺃﻓﺘﺘﺎﺡ ﻓﺮﻉ " ﺟﻮﺳﺘﻲ " ﻟﻠﺒﻮﻇﺔ ﺍﻻﻳﻄﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻻﺭﺩﻥ – ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺑﻴﺔ ‪ :‬ﻭﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻟﻲ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺍﻧﺘﺎﺝ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺎﺋﺔ ﺻﻨﻒ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻵﻳﺲ ﻛﺮﻳﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﻨﻌﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺟﻮﺩ ﺍﻧﻮﺍﻉ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺩ ﺍﻷﻭﻟﻴﺔ ﺍﻹﻳﻄﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺨﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﻨﻌﺔ ‪،‬ﺑﺤﻴﺚ ﺃﺻﺒﺤﺖ " ﺟﻮﺳﺘﻲ" ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺰﻭﺩﻳﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻴﻴﻦ ﻟﻶﻳﺲ ﻛﺮﻳﻢ ﻻﻓﺨﻢ ﻭﺃﻓﻀﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﺎﻋﻢ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻨﺎﺩﻕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ ﻭﺧﺎﺭﺟﻬﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﻡ ‪ 2000‬ﺗﻢ ﺇﻧﺸﺎء ﻭﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﻣﺼﻨﻊ ﻣﺮﻛﺰﻱ ﻟﺤﻠﻮﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﺠﻤﺔ ﻟﺘﺰﻭﻳﺪ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻭﻉ ﺑﺎﻟﺤﻠﻮﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﻣﺴﺘﻠﺰﻣﺎﺗﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﺗﻢ ﺍﻓﺘﺘﺎﺡ ﻓﺮﻉ ﺍﻟﻨﺠﻤﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﺔ ﻳﺎﺟﻮﺯ‪ ،‬ﺍﻣﺎ ﻋﺎﻡ ‪ 2003‬ﻓﺘﻢ ﺍﻓﺘﺘﺎﺡ ﻓﺮﻉ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﺩﺭ‪ ،‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﻓﺮﻉ ﻧﺰﺍﻝ ﻭﻃﺒﺮﺑﻮﺭ ﻓﺘﻢ ﺍﻓﺘﺘﺎﺣﻬﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﻡ‬ ‫‪ ،2010‬ﻭﻣﺆﺧﺮﺍ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﻡ ‪ 2012‬ﺗﻢ ﺍﻓﺘﺘﺎﺡ ﻓﺮﻋﻨﺎ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻣﻦ ﻓﺮﻉ ﺷﺎﺭﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻮﺭﺓ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﻫﻜﺬﺍ ﺗﺼﺪﺭﺕ ﺣﻠﻮﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﺠﻤﺔ ﺍﻷﺳﻤﺎء ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﻮﻕ ﺍﻻﺭﺩﻧﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺠﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﻮﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﻮﻇﺔ ﻭﺍﻧﻔﺮﺩﺕ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺬﺍﻕ‪.‬‬

Thus the unique taste was … In the beginning of the Ice Cream factory's seventies, Haj Ramadan Abu Libba witnessed his success based on his expertise which was drawn from the Ancestors, under the title (The Star). He directed the factory activities to the Jordanian local Market and exporting his products to many countries, especially The Arab Gulf states. In Mid of Seventies, the first Branch of the above factory had been opened in Jordan; located at Marqa Area. By the beginning of Eighties we started manufacturing the Original Eastern Sweets industry. The first break of the factory was in the nineties after Al Haj Sons entered in the company and worked on developing the factory; technically and technologically. Such development was intended to escorting the most recent technology in that field of business. In 1992, the first sweets independent factory was opened after being separated from Marqa Branch. In 1995, the pre-last expansion in Marqa Branch was witnessed, while in 1996 Gusti Branch for Italian Ice cream was opened in Al Rabiah – Amman – Jordan. Currently, more than 100 type of Ice Cream are produced from the Italian national raw materials of best quality. Such production placed Gusti as the one of the main suppliers of Ice Cream to Restaurants & hotels inside and outside Jordan. In 2000, a central Factory has been established producing Al Nejmah Sweets, and supplying its branches with all sweets and raw materials. Also Al Nejmah branch was opened in yajooz – Al Zarka, and in 2003, Al Bayader branch was also opened, while Nazal and Tabrbour Branches were opened in 2010. Recently, and in 2012, our eight branch was opened in Al madina Monawarh Str., Amman. Therefore, we can say that Al Nejmah Sweets occupies the first place in the Jordanian market as to sweets and Ice Cream, and is considered the sole producer in terms of sweets and Ice Cream best taste.

General View Our Expected Future After we possessed single-hand, as to Taste.. We seek more and more.. Al Nejmah Sweets is still escorting the development and creation in Easter Sweets industry of all types, we seek to add new lines in that scope of business; i.e. new ﬂavors, created methods for distinguished and single- hand taste. Also we intend to present new types of Arab and Western distinguished sweets and Ice Cream. Al Nejmah Sweets are exporting sweets to USA, Europe, Gulf states, which contribute in bringing Al Nejmah Sweets as one of the ﬁrst sweets producer in the world who depend on high quality and competitiveness in sweets production scope of business.
