Blue Ridge Log Cabin homes are system-built by skilled log home craftsman. We build efficiently, with no wasted materials or supplies, and we expertly assemble each log safe from extreme temperatures, precipitation and the hazards inherent in most construction sites. We bring it all together – the electrical system, plumbing, light fixtures and even appliances.

With our modular building technology, delays and cost overruns are never an issue since production cannot be slowed down by weather, contractor no-shows or damaged materials. Our skilled craftsmen, along with your local builder, can construct your home in a fraction of the time involved in traditional on-site construction.

We don’t drop off a “kit” on your property. We deliver your log home, on your prepared land and will have it up before the day is over. But we’re not done yet. Using state-of-the-art, computer-assisted design, our in-plant engineers will create the engineering plans for your house, incorporating any design or floor plan change. All plans are reviewed and stamped by a licensed third party engineer to ensure all local building codes are met.

Your plans will immediately enter the production queue, and our teams of builders, assemblers and craftspeople will start to work on your home.

Throughout the entire process, Blue Ridge Quality Control Managers oversee construction and assembly to ensure everything is done right, on schedule and according to the engineering plans.

Next, we deliver your home to your prepared site.

In 2004, we launched our own delivery service, so our experienced drivers, using our own trucks and support vehicles, can deliver on time, on schedule, with no break downs and no mishaps.
