Happy Thanksgiving Holiday
2014
UNITED STATES CHEF ASSOCIATION
A Letter From The CEO
First of all I’d like to send a huge Holiday THANK YOU to all current USCA members for your continued support. As the USCA administrative staff we have been working diligently in the programming and development of the USCA testing software you all have been waiting for.
Now the bad news,
As the CEO I have made the Executive decision not to take on outside investors. This would have offered much needed funding required to expedite the testing program. However we have chosen to be self-financed and no one may dictate the integrity of how the USCA testing programs will be set up or maintained. This also means that the building of the testing templates will take much longer than originally thought.
I deeply apologize for the set back; but do feel that we once the complete it properly. The USCA testing will be accepted by the United States Accreditation Department. This meaning that the USCA certifications will have to be honored by all culinary academies and Universities in North America. Once completed the USCA testing program will be the most comprehensive chef certification program ever to be developed in the world.
the template programmers have experienced a glitch in the template development thus requiring a three-month reprogramming of the testing templates.
Thank you for your loyal support and a Happy Thanksgiving to all United States Chef Association members and their families.
Chef Jimmy Nadell United States Chef Association President & CEO
