8. GOVERNANCE

The Board and the Association will abide by the articles of this Constitution and the accompanying By-Laws. The Board of Directors will hold an Annual General Meeting AGM in order to report to the Membership salient financial And other activities that have transpired during the previous fiscal year.

9. CONSTITUTION

May be changed by a 50% approval of the Membership present at any regular or special dinner meeting or AGM, provided such recommended changes are communicated in print to the Membership thirty [30] days in advance of each meeting.

10. BY-LAWS

The By-Laws may be changed or amended as required by a quorum of the Board.
