With new national lead-free legislation taking effect in 2014, there’s been a lot of talk about making the switch. Here’s the truth: T&S was the first fixture, faucet and fitting manufacturer to convert its entire line to lead-free alloys back in 2010.
LEAD-FREE. WORRY-FREE. HASSLE-FREE.
So when you purchase a T&S faucet today, you’re already lead-free compliant. No worries. No hassle.

Mid-Michigan MCA Ele’s Place New Teen Zone Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 for Ele’s Place Teen Zone located at 1145 West Oakland in Lansing. Thanks to four years of hard work and $75,000 worth of donations and volunteer labor, Ele’s Place can now offer the teens their own space to hang out and do some hands on activities. The renovated space in the lower level of their facility offers a place for the teens to interact, role play, use technology-based communications and express themselves through art and music. The healing center for grieving kids has been working for years to create the perfect environ-

ment for teens. Managing Director of Lansing’s Ele Place Lori Bosch stated that “It’s very exciting and our teens are thrilled.” She continued to state that “All of those physical experiences, gives them a way to express themselves with other teens who understand what they’re going through. They form strong relationships and trust while they’re interacting together.” T.H. Eifert Mechanical Contractors and the MidMichigan Mechanical Contractors Association (3MCA) donated to this very worthwhile cause and both Tom Eifert and Becky Brimley were present for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.

Management and union alike, have seen their difficulties this year, but it’s always nice to put the stresses away for a few hours and just be happy together in an atmosphere that makes you smile.

MCA’s Managing Director, Carl Evans, was on hand to greet his guests. Staff member, Cassandra Mudloff organized the party this year and did a superb job. Larry D’Ascenzo and his wife, Leslie and their fellow musicians provided the music for the evening, which moved from background Christmas music to great dance music as the evening progressed. As evidenced in the photos below, the Holiday Open House is great fun each year, with delicious food and the opportunity to relax with old friends and new.
