Each year prizes go to the best in the growing film industry that makes our state a leader in film and television production. This year's awards are being held at the Renaissance Centre. The posh surroundings could make an elegant backdrop for the drop dead gorgeous as well as those who simply drop dead! Guests are encouraged to dress in their best red carpet attire or come as you are.

This biographical tale follows the life of Jackie Robinson, the first black baseball player to cross the color lines in the Major Leagues. A real-life hero and a tribute to the power of persistence and determination in the face of adversity, see why Jackie Robinson has inspired so many people both in and out of sports! Geared for grades K–5.

illusionist Joshua’s stage show combines amazing illusions with mental feats that will amaze and entertain the entire family. The show is highly interactive, and Joshua always makes good on his promise to treat every participant with respect, creating moments of joy and amazement that last long after the evening is over. An Arts for All program supported by the United Arts Council of Raleigh and Wake County.
