02. TYPICAL FLOORS The typical floors on the first and second floor include the offices, seminar rooms, labs and outdoor space on each floor. The classrooms and labs are organized on the main spine creating the flyover between the two masses on the ground floor.

Oakland is Home For Diversity and united people, There is the Bay Bridge Connects to Oakland which it is actually two bridges; Eastern Span and Western Span, The Eastern Span is New and have the essence of Feminine Quality and fluidity and the Western Span is Old and feel Solid and more masculine Quality but they both deliver to the same Place but from Opposite Directions. The Interior Space of the Medical office will be comfy, linking and connecting diverse people in one place and welcoming and most important Connecting between past, present and Future.

While thinking about the plan and how to renovate it, i wanted to unite the users yet to respect the public and private point. As I have separated the Working area which include the Examination and offices rooms close to each other and the restrooms and break rooms on the other side of the plan and also maintaining the IBC code requirement for fire and safety.

Furniture was selected based on how to have a better indoor air quality and recycling content percentage and also philologically on how to reduce the stress for the upcoming patients. The Furniture and Upholstery were selected from Herman Miller.
