CLEARVIEW STOVES The leading manufacturer of clean burning wood stoves

CLEARVIEW STOVES Our Philosophy

W

e believe passionately in wood as a fuel. We believe in the power of its flame to bring warmth and comfort to our homes, and in the benefits, it brings to the environment. For thousands of years the soft glow of a fire has been the place where family and friends gather to talk and laugh. It is the favoured setting for an intimate conversation, a place to relax with a drink and somewhere to read our children stories. A real fire radiates a feeling of well being and sparks our imagination through the flicker of its flames. Radiators, night storage heaters and fake flames don’t even get close. A wood burning stove in your house also enables you to take control of your heating. Being totally reliant on the big centralised energy companies becomes a problem of the past. When electrical supplies are interrupted and conventional heating systems become useless, a wood burning stove will still keep your home warm, and safe. We care about the environment and believe that trees are the perfect energy source. Trees absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, provide food and shelter for wild life and add beauty to our lives. During their life, they will provide twenty times more oxygen than is required for combustion, which in turn releases no more CO2 than would its eventual decay. Simply put, burning wood just warms you, not the planet. These beliefs set us on a quest to design and build a stove that would set new standards and quite simply, be the very best. A stove with traditional styling, that was simple to use and highly efficient, with a wonderful view of the flame, behind glass that did not tar or soot up. A stove that was easy to light, could burn for long periods unattended, and be incredibly well constructed using the finest craftsmanship. After much research and development, we achieved all of these objectives. From our works in a beautiful Shropshire valley, our team of skilled workers produce a range of stoves that are now considered by many to be the best in the world. Our very many users tell us how much they love their Clearview Stove and what pleasure it brings to their lives. It’s not unusual to be told that it’s the best purchase they have ever made for their home. Our aim is to share with you our passion for wood burning. We are confident that you can make no better choice than a Clearview Stove. It will provide many years of reliability and pleasure and bring warmth and well-being into your home. Helen and Jonathan
