ABOUT THE CATTLE
All cattle have been vaccinated and dewormed. Updates of pregnancy status, EPDs, and the bulls’ BSE information will be available the day of the sale.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
BULLS - All bulls selling are guaranteed as breeders for the first breeding season and have passed a Breeding Soundness Exam performed by a veterinarian within 30 days of the sale. This guarantee however is NOT a lifetime guarantee or a guarantee against weather events or lack of management. If there are problems with a bull purchased, please contact the seller in a timely fashion and have the bull examined and any reproductive issues documented by a veterinarian. Any settlement reached will be between the seller and the buyer.
FEMALES - All females are being sold as breeders. Open heifers have been track scored and pelvic measured, bred females have been confirmed by palpation by a competent veterinarian, or females sell with a calf at side. If any female is found to be a non-breeder after the first breeding season, they should promptly be pregnancy checked by a veterinarian and any issue found documented by the veterinarian. As with the bulls, this is NOT a lifetime guarantee and does not cover loss or reproductive issues due to weather events or lack of management.
