DEI is a design-build dealer that assists in the design and supply of food service equipment . From planning to installation, every aspect of commercial and institutional restaurant equipment projects is addressed with expertise and professionalism . No project is too big or too small for DEI, whether it is a new facility, a remodel, or simply a replacement of a single piece of equipment . DEI will be there to assist from start to finish. DEI’s design drawings are produced in house by our CAD team and thoroughly reviewed with the design engineer resulting in a successful project completion . Every project is handled by a dedicated project management team that will assist from project inception through the construction process, completion of installation, and equipment start-up .
