Utilities If your lease agreement states utilities are in addition to your rental charge, it is important you have them set up in your name as soon as you move-in.

It is equally important to remember to disconnect them upon move-out to avoid any unnecessary charges to your account. If you forget to have the utilities set up in your name and the bill gets sent to Boardwalk, you will be charged for the services of the utilities in addition to an administration fee. If the cost of a utility is included in your lease, no need to do anything!
