It’s important to have your utilities in your name as soon as you move in. If you forget to have the utilities set up in your name and the bill gets sent to Boardwalk, you will be charged for the services of the utilities in addition to an administration fee.

It is equally important to remember to disconnect them upon move-out to avoid any unnecessary charges to your account.
