From the Editor... Welcome to June and our “winter on the road” Edition.

next few months so stay tuned.

I am definitely a beach baby and summer would have to be by far my favourite season, so I used to struggle with the cooler months, however I now embrace it and there is something about hitting the road rugged up, socks on, beanies and scarf not far and heading out west or to the beach on a road trip. Colours seem crisper, stars seem brighter, the sand is definitely colder and the red wine seems tastier.

This publication is to showcase amazing people, stories, services, products, places and destinations and we are so passionate about bringing it to you every month. Love your June 2017, do something amazing and treasure it, it’s the only one you will get. Living and Loving Life Hayles

Where does the winter have you heading? This edition has some great ideas for the Boaties and our land lovers, some being a great article on the new restaurant Hemingway at Abell Point Marina, a must read itinerary feature article on Coober Pedy, and the must visit location of the amazing Sirromet Winery – well worth the visit. As usual we have a full edition of articles from the people and services that make your life safer and more enjoyable on the roads and on the water, so take the time and see what they have to say I am sure you will find some valuable information inside these pages. We have introduced 2 new sections in our publication, one is “kids kicking goals” these articles are on different kids finding a passion and pursuing it and in this day of technology, we want to give these kids recognition to going the extra mile to do what they do and loving their journey. The other section is “Libby and Layla’s diaries” this section is of 2 young girls on the road permanently travelling Australia with their parents, they give us their view on this life, what they love, what they don’t so much love and everything in between. They are 2 amazing kids, and what caught us about them was their smiles and how excited they seemed about life. They captured our hearts and I know they will capture yours. They will have a feature every month over the

LIQUID LIFE & LEISURE

Jurien Bay Superbly located only metres from the Jurien Bay Jetty is the Jurien Bay Tourist Park . This park is the perfect place to stay when passing through or holidaying in Jurien Bay. We stopped in here on our way north, only about 2.5 hours drive from Perth. On your way, make sure you checkout the Pinnacles in the Nambung National Park they are Awesome! With caravan and camping sites and a range of cabins, there is plenty of accommodation to choose from. There is a great jumping pillow for the kids and a nice grassy bbq area for a cook up. At the entrance to the park, you’ll find a great cafe and a playground at the foreshore on your way out to the jetty. A fantastic little park that has everything you need and we highly recommend stopping in here for a few nights on your way round!

Woodman Point Only 25km to the City of Perth and only a short drive into Fremantle, this Caravan Park sits in a beautiful bush setting with plenty of grass and shade. The sites are spacious and well maintained and there is heaps for the kids to do with Jumping Pillow, Playground, Pool and Games Room. There is also a great walking track in either direction from the park that will take you to the beach and the reserves nearby. The Perfect place to stay if your keen on checking out Cappuccino Strip & the famous Rottnest Island. Only a short drive into the ferry terminal in Fremantle and a quick trip across to the spectacular island for a day trip packed full of Adventure. Our big tip would be to definitely hire bikes as soon as you get to the Island!! We stayed here at the Big4 Woodman Point Holiday Park for 3 nights and enjoyed it so much, there were lots of other families here to catch up with and a great place to relax and plan our continuing travels.

SO CLOSE TO THE CITY - THE PERTH CENTRAL CARAVAN PARK We've hit Perth! A jam packed day today exploring the sights of the city. We hit up Kings Park, drank delicious coffee, had our van serviced at the fantastic George Day Caravans & even done some shopping at Westfield. A great base to explore from here at Perth Central. The caravan park has some of the friendliest staff and positioned very close to the city if you're looking at heading to the Perth Zoo or getting some serious shopping done. Friday nights you’ll find a souvlaki van and sweets available at the camp kitchen which is a good time and a great way to meet other travellers. The Park has plenty of grassy, shady sites and the pool is great for a quick dip to cool off. A top place to stay while enjoying the Perth city centre.

Welcome Back

Abell Point!

Another significant addition to the Abell Point offer launches this weekend, 12 May, just in time for the start of the cruising season. With the marina making good progress with the restoration works after TC Debbie passed through the Whitsundays at the end of March, the opening of Hemingway’s is a positive development for marina guests and the wider Whitsunday region. Located in the heart of the awardwinning Abell Point Marina precinct, Hemingway’s will offer modern Australian cuisine in a relaxed waterfront setting. After a full renovation, including assembling an incredible team of experienced hospitality staff, Abell Point are excited to introduce Hemingway’s to the Whitsunday food scene. As the main tourism hub for the Whitsunday region, Abell Point Marina has emerged over the last four years as an award-winning destination marina. With the already successful Italian restaurant, Sorrento Restaurant and Bar, as

well as Bohemian Raw, organic/ raw food café, the subsequent addition of Hemingway’s, means Abell Point Marina now has a superb range of dining options to provide both guests and visitors to the region. In time for the restaurant opening and the arrival of the first superyachts for 2017 into region, the brand-new walkway to L arm was installed today. The original totally destroyed in the cyclone, the replacement has been under construction for the last 5 weeks and was craned onto a barge, then moved into position this morning. This development marks another significant milestone of the restoration project. In addition, damaged pontoons throughout the marina have been removed to make space for the newly constructed replacements to be fitted gradually over the next 6 weeks. The entire restoration process is scheduled to be finalized by the end of July, however the marina is remains fully operational and open for business. The team at Abell Point will

be heading down south to the Australian Superyacht Rendezvous at the Gold Coast City Marina this month, followed by the ASMEX conference and then will be exhibiting at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (25 – 28 May). The message that will be spread to industry colleagues and customers is that Abell Point and the Whitsundays are very much back in business. With the cruising season imminent and the annual migration north for many boaties in the planning, Abell Point are hosting a Cruising Season Launch Party (2-4 June). The event is open to all marina guests and the schedule of events is another reason to make the trip north to the Whitsundays. As the weather cools down south, there has been no better time to escape and set sail to Abell Point Marina . THE RIGHT TIME IS NOW

For whatever reason, over the years there has been a misconception that the recreational lifestyle is either for the rich and famous or for the grey nomads. Have you ever considered the benefits of the outdoors, being a boat, a bike, a caravan or simply driving and exploring this continent of ours now?

Why wait till the body gets tired? Why wait till the kids have grown up and deprive them of the opportunity? Give consideration to the old saying “the right time is now. Australia wide we are entering the caravan and camping shows season. This not only allows to dream, it allows to see, feel and then purchase at a special show price that normally does not get repeated for the rest of the year.

The options are generally...

BUY

Get into it, take the plunge and give the couch at home a break. What you will get to see and do will never be on the TV screen and it will be with you forever.

UPGRADE

Most of the sellers will also take your old gear as trade in, they are short of stock, which allows you to jump into the new gear for much less outlay and without the fuss of trying to sell anything yourself.

STAY STILL Stay with what you already have but have your financial position checked.

Westcorp Capital are fully equipped to go through your financial position with you and to pin point where improvements may be made, be it a refinance of your gear or a complete package which may even include your mortgage. There is hardly a case that cannot be improved. If you are in the market for the life changing plunge, contact Westcorp Capital before you make the final

commitment as they have put together show special packages that will be hard if not impossible to beat. We all hear on the news that the interest rates are at their lowest and in fact, the cycle of increase in interest rates has started. Now will be a good time to lock away some of your commitments with a fixed lower rate and isolate yourself from the movements of the money market.

“ Give consideration to the old saying “the right time is now

FAMILY GAP YEA R V ISIT

Coober Pedy South Australia

e c a l p s i Th is g n i w o l B d n i M

A favourite destination during our Family Gap Year is Coober Pedy, SA. Located in northern SA, Coober Pedy is often referred to as the “opal capital of the world”. One of the most fascinating things about this town are the ‘dugouts’, which are the belowground houses, built this way due to the scorching daytime heat. We decided to take the tour at Faye’s Underground Home, this place is mind blowing!

“This place is mind blowing!”

Hand dug by 3 women, it’s unlike anything we’ve seen. The stories shared during the tour of Faye and her resilience, strength and resolve, truly inspired us. Layla & Libby were mesmerised by the concept. The Catacomb Church is a must do too! If you’re lucky enough, you might even bump into the Pastor, who will talk you through the history and even snap a family photo under the air vents. It’s free to visit, with donations welcome. We like to go for morning runs, which also means exploring around town. The “Big Winch’ lookout gave us a good perspective of the town. There’s virtually no tree’s, no grass, not too many houses and not much to look at, yet Coober Pedy has a sense of beauty. John’s Pizza Bar being is a ‘must’, they even have gluten free bases! There’s a wall of fame with some familiar faces, and this place was once voted in the Top 5 best restaurants in Australia. Further up the road is the Outback Bar & Grill, serving great coffee, and a full menu if you’re feeling hungry. As a special surprise, we booked into The Underground Motel for the night. Layla and Libby were wild with excitement. The room had a sense of calm about it, and with the lights out, it was pitch black during the night. We didn’t strike it rich with opals during our visit, but we had a tonne of fun trying.

“must have”

A Great Product! Our good friends at Vansat have sent us an awesome product to road test and make it a new edition to our Big Red New Age Van. We have had our Bluestar Automatic Satellite dish now installed for a few months and are super impressed with it. We have gone from spending hours when we arrive at a new destination and sometimes that is every day or every few days to now hitting a button and it doing its thing while we continue setting up, and in less than a few minutes we have TV. The system came with full installation kit, all stainless screws and bolts, wiring looms

with connectors already fitted, the cable entry box, adhesive and a manual. Installation was easy and was done in less than 2 hours. We have installed 2 systems now, with one being on our parent’s motorhome and again from the first enquiry and sale, to turn around delivery time, to inclusions and installation it was as simple and painless as having a Sat dish installed. The system comes with a 3 year warranty and from start to finish of the sales, after sales we could not fault this product. We have made many a stop over the last few months and the

system is bang on every time. If you, like us got fed up with wasting the first part of your holiday and having that huge great big elephant on your campsite, until a signal was found then this system is definitely for you. There is no wasted time of your trip and things a simplified. For $2999 inc gst with their online special it really is a great investment for your “home away from home”.

Caravan RV Camping CAMPFIRE TIPS: Campfires are a quintessential part of caravanning and camping, but before you set out to start a campfire, make sure you are aware of whether you are allowed to light one or not. We have put together a few tips to help you out, but make sure you always check what the rules are for where you are going so that you aren't caught out doing the wrong thing or disappointed if you can't have a campfire when you finally reach your destination. Also, don't forget to regularly check your safety equipment is easily accessible, working and in-date. DO’S & DON’TS • • •

Maintain a minimum 3m clearance of a campfire to your tent, overhanging branches and any fuel source. Take your own firewood. It is extensively frowned upon and illegal in some states to take from surrounding areas. NEVER leave a fire unattended, and always have a adequate means to extinguish a fire.

If you are involved with a waterfront, commercial (or domestic) property, you would be well aware of the ravages that descend upon marine structures when left to the mercy of the elements. The main way this inevitable decay is managed is with a robust maintenance schedule. Regular, planned maintenance is the main way existing infrastructure is sustained and, when done properly, extended. Managing and planning a maintenance schedule can be time consuming and ultimately there comes a time when maintenance is no

longer possible and massive repair or replacement of infrastructure is required. Whilst we are generally effective at planning our maintenance, we are not as good at planning for when maintenance and repair will no longer suffice. This lack of planning can lead to a number of consequences ranging from the loss of use of your infrastructure, or expensive solutions that result from a desperate need to ensure the continuity of your site. This is where a foreshore master plan can be invaluable in helping

you better manager your maintenance schedule and give you the option to choose when to replace key infrastructure at a time, and cost, that suits you. A foreshore master plan, is quite simply, your vision of the future of your facility. When done well, you envisage the growth of your business, anticipate future needs and customer demands and capture this in a plan that will sustain your structure into the future. Once you have this plan in place, you can consider priorities and potential phases of the different initiatives. With this in place,

you are able to consider when the time is right to stop maintenance and repair and start thinking about replacement. The main difference is that it is done on your timetable. You have the time to tender the work to ensure the best cost, materials and time frame. Further, because you haven’t experience a catastrophic failure resulting in emergency work, you can plan for the continuity of your services and minimize interruption to your customers. To optimize results the master plan should be paired with a maintenance plan. This will

ensure the best result for your infrastructure and your wallet. The hardest part of the master plan is getting a clear vision of your goals and how the needs of your customers might change. This is where it helps to engage an expert. Creating a master plan requires a unique set of skills. Your consultant needs to be able to ask the questions that will help you to create that picture of the future in your mind and then turn it into an infrastructure plan that you can use to support how you manage your facility.

CMCG is a leader in this field. Having helped major yacht clubs along the east coast of Australia with their master plan, Alister Copley and his team have that rare blend of real world business experience with deep industry knowledge and design skills. Take control of your infrastructure, choose when and how to upgrade your marina and reach out to Alister to see how he and his team at CMCG can bring your vision to life.

Reasons To Support Local Market Your The average Australian household spends approximately $279 a week on groceries at commercial supermarkets. For a long time, I too had shopped at these stores and was always under the impression that my hard earned money was going towards buying fresh produce that had been sourced from our local farmers. I thought that because it looked great, it had to be the best quality and value for money right? Unfortunately this is not always the case. You can’t always be sure of the origin for produce at the supermarket nor can you know how fresh it is. Then just to complicate this even more, we can raise questions as to whether large mass produce has come from farms that use excessive amounts of chemical fertilizers to stimulate plant growth and if so, what nutritional value is actually left and how much of those chemicals do we and our families actually ingest?

Once I began to understand the ramifications of toxic exposure, I made the conscious choice to start shopping at local farmers markets buying organically grown or farm fresh produce. By doing this, it not only supports our local farmers, but also gives me confidence that I am using the freshest and most nutritious produce available.

and nourished with sustainable practices by responsible standards.

But the benefits don’t stop at health! There are so many very valid reasons to source and buy organically grown produce!

and drugs in animal products – Conventional meat and dairy are the highest risk food group for contamination by harmful substances. Major concerns for consumers include the early onset of puberty, growth of tumours and heightened cancer risks.

1. Avoiding chemicals – Eating

organically grown foods is the only way to avoid the cocktail of chemical poisons present in commercially grown food.

2. Benefit from more nutrients

– Organically grown foods have more vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and micronutrients than commercially grown foods because the soil is managed

3. Enjoy a better taste –

Organically grown foods generally taste better because biodynamic soil produces healthy, seasonal and vibrant plants.

4. Avoid hormones, antibiotics

5. Preservation – Organic farming supports eco-sustenance, or farming in harmony with nature. Preservation of soil and crop rotation keep farmland healthy, and chemical abstinence preserves the ecosystem.

6. Reduce pollution –Agricultural

chemicals, pesticides, and fertilizers contaminate the environment, water supply and destroy the value of fertile farmland. Certified organic standards do not permit the use of toxic chemicals in farming and require responsible management of healthy soil and biodiversity.

7. Support local economy

About the Author

– Buying organic food is an investment in a cost-effective sustainable future.

8. Keep our children and future

safe – Spending dollars in the organic sector is a direct vote for a sustainable future for the many generations to come.

9. Family education – The

markets are an excellent place to allow kids to try new foods (including fruit and vegetables!!) and learn about their health in a fun and relaxing environment.

10. Value for money – You can

generally always pick up fresh produce at the local markets for a very reasonable price. Because the produce quality is best at the time of sale, merchants are likely to give you a great deal especially if you want to buy in bulk.

BIG

ADVICE

Running a small business has it’s ups, downs, good times and bad. Here are some helpful tips to running a successful small business to help you stay focused and incontrol when the going gets tough. 1. Welcome mistakes

Too often we view mistakes as bad things. Too often we don’t lean from them either. Making mistakes means you’ve tried something new or different. It didn’t work? So what? Bouncing back and learning from that mistake turns a negative into a positive.

2. Know your finances. Inside and out.

How much do you need to be making every month? Every week? Heck, every day? If you don’t know your income, expenses, profit margins (gross and net), cash flow, and tax liability - you’re heading for trouble. Create a simple “scorecard” - a spreadsheet to keep track of what turnover you require every month. Don’t check it at the end of the month, check it EVERY DAY.

3. Low Hanging Fruit

Your existing clients are your best asset. They can help you get new business, and they can also be turned into a steady income stream.

for

s s e n i s u Small B

Nurture relationships with existing clients/customers first BEFORE looking to aquire new clients. Existing clients have bought from you in the past, and if you’ve done your job well they will want to buy again... so they’re “easy pickings”.

7. Look from the top first

4. Listen

Small business do not have the time or resources to be assuming procedures and processes will “just happen organically”. Document ALL of your processes and procedures and ensure all staff or suppliers are on-board with them too. Be specific and hold people accountable. If your people are underperforming, you can take immediate action and refer to the documented procedures.

Simply listening to your clients’ needs will open up new ways to supply products or services to them so they stick with you rather than your competition. Asking customers genuinely what they feel about your product/service will enroll them into your business and show you care. Send out “Report Cards”, emails or call them and let your clients be brutally honest with what they liked & didn’t like. Don’t take it personally - it’s a business.

5. Look after staff

Simply put: - Look after your staff. - Your staff will look after your clients. - Your clients will look after your business. - Your business will look after you.

6. “No” is as crucial as “Yes”

Having a “No” list of things you do not do or do not sell to your customers is sometimes more important than saying what you actual do supply. This can save vital time and resources which you can allocate to the things you are best at and which is within your core focus and offering.

90% of all business problems are management issues. When things aren’t going as well as you would be hoping for - look in the mirror first. The problem may be you.

8. Do not assume

9. Be humble

You will succeed. With success comes a need to shout about it - why not you’re proud of your success. Sure, make it known you have reached a defining milestone - with the support of clients, suppliers, and staff - but do not fall into the trap of a chestbeating self-promotion. Humility is a powerful trait which great leaders and managers possess. Finally, there is no such thing as “passive” income. Every business needs someone at the top steering the ship and constantly “selling”. When things are going well, don’t cruise - go harder.

Mindful Travel Tips We have been on the road for 9 Months now in our Toyota Hiace campervan named Luna! Van life has been good for the soul allowing us to focus on what’s important. Travel, surfing, and the opportunity to to immerse ourselves in the practice of living with less. Eating healthy delicious food, taking photo’s and meeting likeminded people. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle while living in a van hasn’t been without ups and downs. But this is the flow of life and it’s in the hard work we have put into maximising every experience that we want to share. Here are our top tips on mindful travel from our journey so far! Buy local, seasonal fruit & vegetables Buying local means fresher more affordable fruit and veggies. We are always on the lookout for local farms selling direct to the public and side of the road honesty boxes. Community run organic farms are popping up

everywhere in Australia, these are road side gold mines! Find the local whole food Co-op when you arrive in a town Co-ops are community owned, local business run by volunteers meaning they are the cheapest way to stock up and an opportunity to meet some like-minded locals! They stock grains, rice, nuts and seeds but, don’t’ forget to take your own bags and containers. Be mindful of your travellers footprint Do your bit to minimise the impact - Don’t use plastic bags, avoid buying anything packaged and always recycle. On our travels we’re promoting efforts to clean up free camp areas, beaches and public spaces and encourage others to do the same. As a result we have discovered untouched locations and met some really interesting people. Plan snacks & meals in advance Getting hungry while driving is a recipe for disaster. When I know we are going to spend the

whole day traveling I take time in the morning to prepare some food we can eat on the go. This means no excuses, bad moods or service station snacks! Stay hydrated the healthy way Herbal teas offer so many healthy benefits are a great alternative to tea, coffee or soft drinks. They can be brewed in advance and cooled, perfect for staying hydrated whilst on the road. I have included some of my favorites in the herbal brews section of our free e-book book. Use a water filter Our drinking water is cleaned through an iodising alkaline filter. These can be found online, cheap and means we can stay hydrated without getting ill. Abundance - giving & receiving. We love to travel and live mindfully, taking only what we need and giving back wherever we can. When you connect to nature in this way the universe will always take care of you. Keep an open mind and trust that you will be provided for.

Made to stay, not fly away ...on the boat.

Commercial Outdoor Umbrellas Made for The Australian Summer. Australians love the sun. If you’re looking to stay safe whether you’re in the garden or by the pool, make the smart choice and invest in a Finbrella. Purpose built for our lifestyle, Finbrellas are designed in Perth for Australia, providing attractive and effective protection against sun, wind and rain. What sets the Finbrella apart is its unique, wind-resistant design. Stable on even gusty days, your new umbrella won’t turn inside thanks to its clever canopy geometry. If what the weather people tell us is true, we are experiencing some changes in weather patterns Australia wide. While some areas have floods, others may be having fires, some have cyclones and some are just perfect this time of the year. Any plan we ever make is the basis for the changes we will make to it. So if you are currently travelling or planning to travel, please check the weather patterns applicable to the area

in which you are or going to. But remember, changing or adjusting your plans does not mean forgoing the experience or the enjoyment from the experience, it’s just the timing of it all which may allow you to do more, see more and enjoy more, so stress should be kept to the minimum. Equally important is the cover you have for your gear and possessions. Is your policy covering for floods? Is your policy covering for fire?

LIQUID LIFE & LEISURE

Is your policy allowing you to choose the repairer? Do you get any discount for multiple policies? Do you have roadside assist for the “just in case” times? Westcorp capital are happy to view your policies with you to try and make sure that they are the best you can get. Generally, it’s best to insure with a dedicated insurer for the goods we insure. Westcorp Capital have the relationship with the right insurers for the goods we trust when travelling.

Jac and I are a husband and wife team, who spent the better part of 2016 renovating a 1970’s Viscount Ambassador Alumvan into a mobile craft beer and espresso bar. The idea stems from our love of Australian craft beer and our appreciation of speciality roasted coffee, all housed in a quality renovated, unique setting. Travelling with Bikes. DO YOU? OR DON’T YOU? THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS FROM TRAVELLERS, IS IT WORTH TAKING YOUR BIKES? For us there is no question, our bikes travel everywhere we go and they get used everywhere we go. Yes there are the issues of transporting them and yes we have in the early days had some on the road repairs and changes of how we transported them, until we got all the issues fixed but never was there the option of leaving these babies at home. Bikes, who doesn’t love them? Majority of us were taught at a

very young age how to ride them, we then went on to ride them to school, the shops, they were our transport as teenagers to go to our friends house, to get to that destination of “up to no good” in every one our childhood is many a story of falling off, good memories made because of a bike, so when you are going on a family holiday why would one leave their bikes at home? I don’t comprehend this and we hope this helps you to take the extra time to get your bike included in the pack up.

Our bikes have been to such places as Cairns foreshore, Airlie Beach town centre, Sunshine Coast esplanades, Iluka, Yamba, Gold Coast Broadwater pathways. They have assisted with tourist rides to explore the amazing pathways Australia has to offer, has helped us see more of our amazing Country that by foot or car would not have allowed. They allow us to duck to the shops as a family and enjoy family time out of the car, we can access restaurants, town centres, and other activities, kids can take the dog for a ride in the basket, they

They love this time and will do it for hours, the wrong bike and they would not be doing this and having such an amazing time. · Have a pump handy, this means you won’t be inconvenienced by having to find a servo to pump up those slow leaks. This can be done before your ride, keeping everyone happy and the drama at a low.

can explore the caravan park, go and buy ice-cream, ride to the pool and not to mention they are perfect in caravan parks to go over to the showers and bathrooms. Our holidays or should I say life would not be complete without our gorgeous beach cruisers, we ride them every day and love the time we spend on them. Without even realising we are making life long memories with our kids and each other by such a simple activity that is taken so much for granted.

Couple of points though of advice... · Ensure your rack is up to the task, we had to add some extra stays for strength so when we are travelling those bumpy roads we know it is secure · Keep your bikes locked up, so remember a lock and the combo ones are the best that way you are not always looking for the key and it doesn’t matter if you or the kids need the bikes they are always accessible · Upgrade your bikes to suit your purpose, our daughter for some time had a mountain bike and she did not enjoy the rides as much until we purchased her a beach cruiser with a bag rack on the back and a basket on the front and now she can double her friend on the back around the park and the dog in the front. LIQUID LIFE & LEISURE

· Grab the information from reception and find the bike paths, and make a day of it with your family for us this time is always a lot of fun and makes for a great ½ day full day out and inexpensive. If we can offer you one more piece of advice find a bike shop to purchase and service your bikes, they know their stuff, their service is exceptional and their passion is through the roof. Support these guys and get a bike suited to your life and you will never look back. Our bikes are provided by The Pedal Shoppe on the Gold Coast and over the years have displayed the same high level service and quality products and worth the investment. We are glad we went here and not a larger store. Do yourself a favour and take your bikes next time and add value to your holiday. HEX PEGS “

After years of struggling with hammering in and pulling out normal pegs and watching others do the same, I couldn’t help but think that there has to be a better way. This led to the idea of a power tool doing the work instead of someone using a hammer or peg remover.
