ORDERING INFORMATION

Orders must be submitted on Rytex order forms via fax, U.S. mail or on-line at retailer.theboatmangroup.com. It is your responsibility to submit orders with complete and correct information. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellations. Please remember, only one item per order form. Multiple orders shipping to the same address must be submitted together.

PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

o Dealer name and account number

o Shipping address (failure to include will result in shipment to retailer)

o Item number, quantity, paper, ink, border, and lining colors, typestyle and design choices, if applicable

o Appropriate personalization (see item specifics)

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Once an order has begun the production process, changes and cancellations are not possible. We do understand that there may be extenuating circumstances and we will try to work with you. In these instances there will be a $25 fee.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Rytex traditionally guarantees Holiday delivery on orders submitted by a specific date; contact Customer Service for dates. Historically, production is halted between Christmas and New Year.

DEALER GUIDELINES

CUSTOMER Customer Service Specialists are available Monday through Friday SERVICE 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (EST). Voice mail is available after business hours and on holidays.

RUSH Rytex does not currently offer rush production. For expedited deliveries, please upgrade your shipping method.

MARKETING Dealers are required to maintain current marketing materials. Items ordered from obsolete material will not be accepted. For current Rytex offerings, contact Customer Service or visit retailer.theboatmangroup.com.

SHIPPING Rytex utilizes reliable carriers including FedEx, UPS and US Postal Service. For expedited deliveries, choose overnight, 2-Day service or 3-Day service. Multiple orders shipping to the same address must be submitted together. Up to 9 items may ship together on one order. Failure to include shipping address on orders will result in shipment to the retailer. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are mailed via US Postal Service (subject to USPS rates). Carrier damage claims must be reported to Rytex within 10 days of receipt of order. Loss claims must be reported to Rytex within 30 days of order date. Claims filed outside this timeframe may be ineligible for credit or no charge replacement. Contact Customer Service for details. Additional charges may apply to reshipment of carrier returns. * placed on your retailer website: retailer.theboatmangroup.com. If you need access, login, password information - please call customer service. Personalized orders are NOT accepted over the phone.

Please make sure all information is filled out on the website, faxed order form or detailed out in an email. Use the order form as a guideline for all information needed to process orders.

Orders are NOT put into production until all information is submitted. Missing information will delay shipping of an order.

ERRORS All errors must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order. Any orders reported after this time will not be refunded and will be reprinted at full cost. Errors made by the customer or retailer will be reprinted at 50% off the original price plus shipping costs. These orders will be processed at our regular turn time.

COLORS Due to disparities in printing processes and hand applied borders, colors will vary from the samples presented in this album as well as emailed proofs. Samples viewed in the catalogs or online will show variations due to the inconsistencies of recreating a likeness in each corresponding media.

IMPORTANT The album is full of options and have opened up a lot of different printing NOTES

techniques. It is extremely difficult to realize every combination of printing technique, paper, ink, typestyle, monogram and icon option.

We reserve the right to make adjustments to the final personalization to get the ultimate result. If we feel the alterations need to be made to and it

makes significant change in the outcome, we will, of course, send you a no charge proof.
