As we gear up for our second bull sale of the year, we are thankful for the loyal relationships we’ve built, grateful for the positive returns in the beef business and humbled by the overwhelming support of the great customers nationwide we get to work with. We recognize in today’s seedstock world of endless choices; we can remain steadfast in the belief that our customers are provided with one of the largest selections of SimAngus bulls in the country focused on quality and packed with value.
We continue to believe in the benefits of crossbreeding and the undeniable heterosis it brings to “amp” up any herd and not change the integrity of what you want your cattle to be. We remain focused on bulls that sire progeny the allow for conveniently born calves with size and vigor to get them through the toughest conditions. We expect consistent growth and performance to maximize weaned potential, and we continue to seek extended maturity and longevity for both feeding and replacement environments.
I’ve said in the past that we strive to make the beef industry stronger by bringing high quality genetics to the marketplace. We are founded in 40+years of sound breeding decisions and backed with years of data collection of DNA samples, feeding records, and PAP scoring. We confidently know Powerline Genetics Bulls are making a difference in the business!
We welcome you to evaluate our sales offering and reach out with any questions. Bobbi Hartwig and Deryl Riley are both focused on providing the guidance to help our customers and potential customers make genetic progress within their operations with Powerline Genetics. Thank you for considering Powerline Genetics. Each of you are why we love the business. We appreciate the continued support by our loyal customers and always welcome new conversations and the potential for new relationships.
On behalf of Powerline Genetics THANK YOU for your consideration, Sincerely,
Jeff
Hello friends and fellow cattlemen and women. Isn’t it a wonderful time to be in the cow calf business? We are blessed to be enjoying record high calf and feeder prices, that are being sustained by low national herd numbers and a strong steady demand for our beef.
It never ceases to amaze me how the quality of our cattle have improved over the last 30 years. We are producing cattle that have amazing carcasses weights, but still have high red meat yields and are quality grading better than ever. These type of cattle are producing meat that are second to none, which helps to drive demand. You guys are following good management practices with vaccines and nutrition practices. GOOD JOB EVERYONE.
We are all in need of more water before spring comes. All we can do is do our best and pray that it comes before it is too late. I believe that if we do our part the Lord will make up the difference.
We appreciate and thank all of you for all yo do and have done to support this program that we are all partners in. We thank Big Blue Sale Barn and all their buyers and office staff. It is good to be blessed to work with good people on both sends of the marketing process.
We encourage you all to continue to utilize the advanced genetics that the Powerline bulls provide, that will continue to produce these exceptional cattle that cannot be beat.
Let’s enjoy these good times and make ourselves stronger so we an stand firm in the tough times.
Thank you all, The Magnuson Family
