A private counsellor, specialising in guiding clients, be they individuals or as in and part of a relationship, to manage the life challenges around stress, anxieties and 'mind-chatter', low-moods, 'letting go' -or simply offering a non-judgemental listener in a safe and confidential environment. I use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) techniques where appropriate, with mindfulness, EFT and the promotion of 'here and now' recognition. At it's most basic level I can provide counsel and listening skills via telephone, or from my premises in Kentford, nr Newmarket. Love solving problems that can make lives better.
