Policies Prices subject to change and food availability Vegetarian Options available upon request. All catering orders must be submitted at least (7) days prior to event. All meal packages are served buffet-style and include plastic cups, plates, napkins and plastic ware. Glassware and flatware are available upon request and are subject to a rental fee. Last call for bar service occurs 30 minutes prior to scheduled event end time. All food & beverage must be consumed on premises and may not be taken off property. Service Fees Delivery/Setup Fee: 10% of pre-tax total (Waived for all Bob Duncan Center events) Bartender/ Service Fees: $75.00 flat fee- Includes setup, labor, service and station cleanup for (1) dedicated staff person for up to 4 hours . (No minimum beverage spend required for Bob Duncan Center Events). $25.00 flat fee for each additional staff person to bartend/server up to 4 hours. A minimum of (2) bartenders is strongly recommended for any bar packages of (50) guests or more.
