All meal packages are served buffet-style and include plastic cups, plates, napkins and plastic ware. Glassware and flatware are available upon request and are subject to a rental fee. Last call for bar service occurs 30 minutes prior to scheduled event end time. All food & beverage must be consumed on premises and may not be taken off property. Service Fees Delivery/Setup Fee: 10% of pre-tax total (Waived for all Bob Duncan Center events) Bartender/ Service Fees: $75.00 flat fee- Includes setup, labor, service and station cleanup for (1) dedicated staff person for up to 4 hours . (No minimum beverage spend required for Bob Duncan Center Events). $25.00 flat fee for each additional staff person to bartend/server up to 4 hours. A minimum of (2) bartenders is strongly recommended for any bar packages of (50) guests or more.
