The Alpenhotel Kitzbühel is situated in a unique location directly on the shore of Lake Schwarzsee near Kitzbühel with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and the Wilder Kaiser. With its own access to the lake and its closeness to the nature reserve, guests can enjoy the international flair of the world-famous skiing resort and the beauty of the surrounding nature at the same time. The architecture is a successful combination of typical Alpine Tyrolean characteristics with a modern lifestyle touch. Natural materials, exclusive textiles and noble local woods underline the homely modern flair. Particularly noteworthy is the magnificent lake view of the rooms and suites and the wonderful tranquillity, although the nightlife of Kitzbühel is just a 15 minutes’ walk away.

The Alpenhotel Kitzbühel has 80 rooms and apartments - the range of suites will be expanded by July 2021 with the addition of the Steghaus and Lake Side Lodge directly on the lake. Guests can expect 16 unique suites – some of which will be 2-storey – with a balcony or terrace and private lake access through the garden. The relaxation area of the hotel with sauna and steam bath makes for a cosy retreat after a long day of skiing.
