Standard Dealer Qualifications • Have a retail store front with a store sign visible to the public or • Have an internet retail site with distribution capabilities • Have a valid resale license • Opening order minimum is $100 net
Trade Discount All printed product prices are suggested retail. For your convenience, displays are shown with your wholesale price. Our standard discount is 50% off suggested retail. Discount structure may vary on limited products. Exceptions are clearly noted where they apply. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Credit All first time orders must be prepaid. Our standard credit terms are net 30. To establish credit terms with Bob Siemon Designs, our credit application needs to be completed in full. Your terms will be prepay until your credit application is approved. Upon approval, you will be notified in writing of credit terms. We accept bank checks, cashier checks, money orders, debit cards, and the following major credit cards: • MasterCard • Visa • American Express • Discover
Free Displays We provide FREE display fixtures with the purchase of pre-selected packages offered in this catalog. By accepting delivery of this free fixture our customers agree to merchandise only Bob Siemon Designs' product on this fixture.
Freight All orders are shipped F.O.B. Santa Ana, California. Our standard method of shipping is United Parcel Service (UPS) and U.S.P.S. If you would like to use an alternative method of shipping, please specify the preferred carrier when placing your order. A $5 handling charge is applied to all orders.
• Drop ship charge $5.00 per order (not including shipping charges). • Your company packing list (as provided) insertion fee $2.00 per order • Address corrections after order is placed $2.00 plus any additional shipping charges. • All drop ship accounts require a valid credit card on file and will be billed upon shipment. • Actual freight charges will be added to each order upon shipment
• Orders can be sent via e-mail or fax 1-800-621-3442 and must have a valid USPS delivery address
Sales Program When you become a customer of Bob Siemon Designs, a sales team consisting of a territory manager and a customer support team member will be assigned to your account. This team will work with you to select and maintain a display program that works best for your store. Your field territory manager will contact you to set up an initial appointment and to establish regularly scheduled visits. The purpose of the scheduled visits is to clean, straighten and restock all Bob Siemon Designs displays in your store. The territory manager will also present new products as they become available. Your customer support team member will also contact you to arrange telephone appointments. The purpose of these calls is to restock your displays between field sales visits. In addition, they will inform you of new products and monthly specials. Your customer support team member is ready and able to give you tips on selling and merchandising.
Exchange Program Exchanges up to 10% of your annual purchases will be authorized when placing an offsetting order. Credit from these exchanges will be issued to your Bob Siemon Designs account and can be used toward future purchases. Cash refunds will not be issued. All products are exchangeable, with the following exceptions: • 14Kt gold and sterling silver • Seasonal merchandise • Display fixtures • Discontinued merchandise To ensure that you receive proper merchandise credit, please contact our Customer Service Department for complete instructions and a return authorization number. To avoid a restocking fee of 25%, product must be received in good condition and in the original packaging with all store stickers removed.
