A B YS S TA B L E Duffy London designed the table that is right now in the mouths of the world. It’s a mesmerizing table that looks like ocean depths as the designer took those as inspiration. Duffy called this artistic table.
To create this visual effect, the table is made of multiple layers of stacked glass and wooden slices.

This is for sure one creation that will stay in our minds for very long as one of the best tables.

Jacopo Foggini was born in Turin in August 1966, currently Milan is his adoptive city. It was when Jacopo was a young man working in his family’s plastics industry that he discovered the versatility of methacrylite, an industrial material normally used to make automobile tail lights.
Fascinated by the extraordinary aesthetic and chromatic qualities of this material, which is similar to glass, but considerably lighter, he began to experiment this thermoplastic resin at the beginning of the 1990s. In his atelier, using a machine of his own invention, he produces a filament of methacrylate which he models with his hands to create luminous shapes and monumental works – mazes of threads in an elegant, linear and poetic intertwining of colours.

Auction house Christie’s will be doing the out of the ordinary auction on 10th September and you will find pure treasures. One of the piece that will be autioned had one of his exemples at 50 Shades of Grey movie, that came out this year, and it’s the sideboard we can see on Mr. Grey’s apartment decoration.
The piece at auction is the Symphony sideboard, the firts edition, designed by Diogo Carvalho for Boca do Lobo in 2011.

The outside formed of gilt-brass tubes, with three pairs of doors opening to reveal a rosewood interior and three glass shelves, on an ebonised base (96 cm.) high; (232.5 cm.) wide; (45 cm.) deep. One of Boca do Lobo’s most appreciated pieces, the Symphony is inspired by female forms and music (due to the designer’s passion for Jazz and Portuguese churches). This sideboard is the frst of an edition of twenty to be made. There are currently only eight in the world. Another featured in the film Fifty Shades of Grey in Christian Grey’s extravagant apartment. Again, although not the actual piece used in filming, you’ll have few chances to add this to your own home or office, just like Mr. Grey had.

Fendi presented at the Salone del Mobile the chair that is already a design classic. The “fur monsters”, official named Bag Bugs created: “The Armchair of Thousand Eyes”
The chair is completely detached from the usually more classic Fendi Casa collection that is especially suitable for facilities entire hotels or large projects.
The Armchair of Thousand Eyes was a great hit at Milan Design week 2015. A cooperation between Fendi and the Campana Brothers that is more like an object of art than a furniture piece. This is a design object, which will surely take its place in the Fendi Museum and less suitable as a sale item.
