Atlas Concorde & Crossville from D&B Set Tone in New Aetna Headquarters The redevelopment of the former Fashion Mall in Plantation includes a 160,000-square-foot office building as an extensive renovation of a previous building. Aetna (NYSE: AET) leased 85,000 square feet and relocated its Sunrise office there.The office houses its commercial, Medicare, Medicaid and international divisions.

Plantation Walk will also have 700 apartments and 200,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space at 321 N. University Drive. Those elements are still under construction. There’s already a Sheraton hotel on-site.

General contractor on the project was All Florida-Restoration Pros, Inc. Tile specified by Weiss Design Group came exclusively from D&B Tile Distributors and featured Marvel Grey Fluery rectified tile from Atlas Concorde and Salsa glass tile from Crossville.
