“The family wanted a remodel with minimal demolition and in minimum time. This is their winter home and they wanted their time in the condo during the project to have minimal disruption. We actually met Alice on an elevator in our building after we purchased the condo. “One of our concerns was time since we didn’t want to have a lengthy demo, so the tile was put down over the existing flooring. The original cuts on the tile were not done well but it was recut to give us smaller grout lines and it all worked out well. The tile contractor did an outstanding job and we are extremely pleased with the final outcome. “We understand that Crossville is very active in recycling and reclamation and we appreciate that very much. It is a beautiful tile. We have had friends and family visit. We think it is stunning. It has changed the entire look of our winter home.”
