Relative to our previous conversations concerning R T Energy Tech's interest in purchasing Noveda's worldwide technology company, customers and technology Patents I have concluded my review of this information and would like to respectfully share the key issues with you for your review:
that Noveda continues to service many current operational companies - 150 +, several Universities and Financial lnstitutions who are quite satisfied with the current Noveda service. I have determined

Technology platform and factored updated technology into the purchase Noveda business of Noveda while developing a service contract with "Celerius Technology" to upgrade and manage tfie current Noveda system associated with the operation. We have reviewed and paid for the current validation and update of the Noveda Patent - US Patent - 8103465 - "system and Method for Monitoring and Managing Energy Performance." Validated by the US Patent office filled April 7, 2008. lt was determined by an independent Legal Team that approximately 150 US Technology companies are infringing upon the Noveda Patent. We have negotiated contracts for Technology support of the New Noveda enterprise with Celerius who will manage customer Technical relations, Training and Mantence for the installed base as well as offer New Customer installation and support. We have concluded that the Technology support offered by Noveda, having been initially installed nationally approximately 15 years ago remains the standard in the World and when used by customers and supported by "our management team" would offer the customers millions of dollars in Energy savings in today's world. ( Please review the Noveda system service overview attached ) This system monitors and reports in "Real Time" all Building system Energy and Water usage, offers Energy reporting and current operational cost allowing the customer energy information details that will allow the automatic validation of current Energy bills and assist in the development of information for new Energy strategies for the users Energy planning decisions. Our interest also maintains this information allowing our Customer recommendation of further Energy support systems and monitoring.
