To protect the tranquil nature of Spa Palmera, guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to use spa facilities. This includes the private spa pool, sundeck, inhalation, steam, sauna, and ritual baths. Younger guests between 12 and 17 are welcome to enjoy spa services when accompanied by an adult in the treatment room or checked in by a guardian at the Salon at Spa Palmera.

As a courtesy to other guests and to our therapists, we strictly adhere to the cancellation policy. If you must change or cancel an appointment, please advise us 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged 100% of the scheduled service.
ARRIVAL TIME
Spa Palmera opens at 8:30am. Guests are advised to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your service to allow for ample time to check in, change, and acclimate to Spa Palmera’s facilities. Services will begin and end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Guests staying at Beach Club should allow for 15-20 minutes travel time.
