COCKTAIL RECIPE

A true spiced autumnal Manhattan. A fusion of falernum that has a slight sweet and nutty flavor; pimento dram, a Jamaican allspice that complements this drink very well; and the vanilla syrup helps cut and balance the whiskey. Introducing the “Fallhattan.”

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon

.5 oz Velvet Falernum

.5 oz Pimento Dram .25 oz Vanilla Syrup .75 oz Punte Mass

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a mixing beaker. Add ice to cover liquid. Stir 16 times (until full dilution). Pour into martini glass. Garnish with a lime peel/twist.
