Here is a breakdown of how you as an Ardyss distributor can earn an income; for more details, refer to the Compensation Plan. 1. Profit from retail sales 2. Enroller bonus 3. Power Pack bonus 4. Profit from retail sales – This is self explanatory. When you purchase products at the distributor price and sell them at the retail price, you earn at least 40% in profit. Enroller bonus – You earn 10% of the sales of all of your personally enrolled distributors. Power Pack bonus – You earn $80 for each distributor that you enroll with a Power Pack. Express bonus (first order bonus) – For each distributor that you enroll without a Power Pack, when that distributor places their first order of $300 VP or more, you earn 30% (with your Autoship status) up to $90. Unilevel bonus – You earn 5% of value points (VP) for each of the first five levels in your organization, depending on your rank. You earn 3%, 2%, and 1% for the 6th, 7th, and 8th levels, respectively, depending on your rank. Note: Once you reach the rank of Supervisor, the 40% rule takes effect. (40% rule: No more than 40% of the group qualification points [GQP] can come from any one leg of your team.) Power Start bonus – Each distributor that you enroll with the Power Pack qualifies you to receive the Power Start bonus. By enrolling a certain number of distributors each month, and by reaching a certain number of total qualification points (TQP) each month, bonuses ranging from $50 to $10,000 will be received. When you reach these goals and receive these bonuses, your enroller also receives a matching bonus. Rank bonus – Beginning at the Supervisor level, you earn a bonus based simply on your rank and GQP. Bonuses range from $100 to $800. Car bonus – Beginning at the Supervisor level, you earn a car bonus based on your level for a consecutive two month period. Bonuses range from $150 to $800.
Generation bonus – Beginning at the Manager B level, you earn this bonus based on value points (VP). Bonuses range from 4% down to 1%, depending on the ranking of team members. Presidential Pool bonus – Beginning at the Presidential level, you earn this bonus based on Ardyss’ overall volume, your team volume, consistent rank, and distributors on your team who earn the rank of Manager or higher. NOTE: If you did not enroll with the PowerPack and you do not have autoship, and you do not enroll new distributors with the PowerPack and autoship, you will only be able to earn income thru retail sales (#1) and a portion of the express bonus (#4). If you did not enroll with the PowerPack, you have 90 days from the day you joined to upgrade your membership to the PowerPack. You can enroll for Autoship at any time.
