Boerne Sunrise Rotary

Announces 2020 Patriot BBQ in Partnership with

Tusculum Brewing Company

BBoerne Sunrise Rotary has announced that their annual Patriot BBQ has been scheduled for October 24, 2020 from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. This year’s event will be held in association with Tusculum Brewing Company which is located at 236 S. Main Street, Boerne (former location of Bergman Lumber) and Hungry Horse Restaurant. Ticket holders will be able to pick-up their barbecue as a and Hungry Horse Restaurant drive-through at Tusculum Brewing Company. Outdoor seating per Covid-19 regulations will also be available at Tusculum.

Lead Sponsors for the 2020 Patriot BBQ are Tresle, Inc. and Pivotal Group.

Two levels of tickets can be purchased for the event. Patriot BBQ tickets can be purchased for $15 each and includes a free raffle ticket. Separate raffle tickets can be purchased for $10 each. There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased. All raffle tickets must be purchased by October 24, 2020. The raffle drawing will be held online at the Boerne Sunrise Rotary Facebook page on October 24 at 5:30 p.m. Ticket holders need not be

present to win. A listing of the event sponsors and raffle items can be found on the Patriot BBQ web page.

The Patriot BBQ is Boerne Sunrise Rotary’s primary fundraising event for the year. Recipients of the profits generated by the event include local military organizations, scholarships for local high school students and a host of other Boerne non-profit organizations that are supported by the club. Main St. – Boerne For the past 34 years historic downtown Boerne has hosted hundreds of pre-1949 hot rods during the Key to the Hills Rod Run providing a colorful display of automotive history for all to see. Come out to Main Plaza for a day (or two) filled with classic street rods, car shop talk, vendors, Hill Country Mile shopping and exceptional dining. Please be aware that the event layout is subject to change.

FAMILY CAMP OUT 10:00am to 10:00am | City Lake Park Pavilion 1 City Lake Rd. – Boerne The only weekend you can camp out at the Boerne Lake. Lake will be closed to the public for the weekend. Only those camping out will be allowed. Register at boerneparks.com/registration. Free Event.
