I want to start with thanking all of our customers from all over North America, for working with us and believing in these Genetics we have to offer for your program.

This year we have 3 Herdsire Prospects. I am very excited about, Lot 1 is out of the new very out cross EXAR Cover The Bases, there is very exciting calves off of him south of the border, with interesting sets of EPD’s. Lot 2 & 3 are both tanks that will be sure to add some pounds and look to your calves.

The show heifer group is a very exciting group, one of the most consistent sets to date. 2 Justamere Jaeger daughters that are powerful females. A 74-51 Sudden Look heifer that will hold her own in the show ring and produce some functioning females herself. A very fancy Frontier Gal younger heifer, I couldn’t decide on them, so we have them all entered at the Stockade Round-up.

Into the bred heifers, we have gone through these breds several times this summer to make sure we have the best on offer, and they are an impressive set this year. Using some of the top AI Sires and two walking Bulls to breed with, we are sure the 2025 calf crop will impress you. EZAR Step Up and Greenwood Capitalist, both have very exciting pedigrees, offering some outcross and impressive stats.

This, our 25th annual Sale of the Year, is full of distinct and unique genetics. This one of EXAR Cover The Bases is very exciting. He offers a very unique genetic package backed up by a very maternal cow family and excellent solid EPDs. The bull himself is my kind. Very solid built from the ground up, extra long and deep with a terrific set of testicles. He has been a standout since birth and we are very excited about his future. Terms to be announced.

This son of Deer Valley Growth Fund is a powerful individual. Very stout made, excellent hind quarter with the herd bull look and construction through his front end. His dam traces back to the Gypsy cow family that we have had tremendous success with over the years. The Growth Fund females and bulls are very complete and solid and he is the #1 sire for registrations in the US. Check out this next sire prospect. He will be at the shows this fall.

This is our answer to those looking for balance of Power and EPDs in a moderate and stout package. Jon and Jorja both agree he is a show bull for the future as he ages he will only get stouter and more raw power. His dam is one of our top producing females. We think this young lady can do some damage in the show ring.

This Ellingson Badlands daughter out of the Lady Blossom female line has been a favorite here at Justamere. Her dam is a tremendous young daughter of Basin Payweight, a bull that has stood the test of time. She is the quietest heifer in the show pen for you juniors that are looking for a top prospect.

CATTLE INSPECTIONS: All carry permanent identity tags, corresponding to Sale Lot numbers. All cattle shall be available for inspection prior to sale.

ALL CATTLE ARE SOLD: Subject to such tests as required for export under regulations of the Health of Animals Branch, Department of Agriculture for Canada - those corresponding to Bureau of Animal Industry requirements.

BREEDING GUARANTEE: All cattle are sound and right, and all with a responsible breeder guarantee of satisfaction. In the event of any unlikely dispute, the regular terms and conditions, standard with the Canadian Aberdeen Angus Association shall apply.

PREGNANCY: Examinations shall have been conducted prior to sale on all serviced females.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Errors discovered in the catalogue will be corrected by announcements from the auction stand at sale time and such corrections will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue.

ALL PERSONS who attend the sale do so at their own risk and the Owners, Consignors, Sale Management and Sale Staff assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for property loss or for any accidents that may occur.

HOLDING AND SHIPMENTS: Approximately one week is required for export transfers and other documents to be processed. Export animals will be held at no charge and under excellent care. Joint export shipping arrangements to attain minimum shipping cost will gladly be made by the sale management if instructions to that effect are provided to clerk of the sale when settlement is made.

MAIL BIDS: May be entrusted in complete confidence to any of the Sale Staff listed or to Justamere Farms Ltd.

INSURANCE: Ownership risk to purchaser commences when the Auctioneer’s hammer falls. Livestock coverage will be available at the clerk’s desk from the appointed representatives on sale day, also from the sale management at any time.

TERMS OF SALE: Are cash or cheque at par, payable to Clerks of the sale on Sale Day. U.S. Funds will be accepted at the current rate of exchange. No release will be given until satisfactory settlement has been made. We reserve the right to withhold animals from export shipment for whom payments have not been recieved prior to departure times.

EVERY ANIMAL sells to the highest bidder and in cases of disputes, the auctioneer’s decision will be final.
