Our 2024 lineup is deep with quality stemming from our most productive cow families and the breed’s most exciting sires. As always there will be donor type females and front pasture cows for the industry’s leading breeders wanting to add those top end females with a pedigree and prefix that will excel their programs as well as elite brood cows in the making for some of the most progressive commercial cattle outfits both sides of the 49th that we work with year after year.
As I work at getting this catalogue finished up, we are enjoying just an incredible fall season! Most areas of the country enjoyed a good spring and summer with feed yards full around the country. Looking back, as I pen this welcome, at my intro to our 2021 and 2022 sale was- this cattle market is going to get good, real good. Well I’m not sure anyone, including myself, really believed it would be this good. Absolute record prices on all classes of cattle and folks it’s not going anywhere anytime soon. This they say is going to stay hot for awhile yet. What an opportunity to clean up the bottom end aged females in your herd, cash them in at historic values and replace them with quality, young highly productive females that will produce top calves over the next couple years at these prices and put your herd in a solid position into the future. One thing my grey hairs have taught me is quality always pays it way and when opportunity knocks, answer the door.
The offering starts with a powerful set of red females sired by the breeds leading sires that are only found in a handful of programs around the country, exclusive service to MRL Rip Zone, KWA Slider and our exciting SVS Doc Holliday bull will ensure a quick ROI. The black division is loaded for sure with more than one that are destined to be donor cows in the making. This pen is solid top to bottom backed by our most prominent cow families.
